I'm one of those that always reads reviews, but seldom writes one. I feel it's necessary to make an exception in this case to express my gratitude and appreciation to Patrick and Innovation Construction for their outstanding job! As a result of the May 10th hail storm, my home sustained substantial damage requiring a new roof, several windows, guttering, pool and spa covers, pool deck damage, garage door, etc. My automobile was also damaged and my home recently burglarized, so, needless to say, I was less than excited about the process of dealing with contractors and the insurance company once again. My family has 4 homes in the area sustaining damage, and Patrick met with each of us, patiently explaining the process and answering our many questions. He was diligent in working with our insurance company to provide us with quality products and exceptional service. Patrick and his staff were extremely professional and impressive from start to finish! Before Innovative was involved, I began the pain-staking process of attempting to attain estimates for each part of the work, and deal with the insurance company accordingly. It was a difficult process just trying to get contractors out to the house for estimates, and several were too busy to return calls or do the work. It was such a pleasure to turn over the entire project to Patrick and then to be so incredibly pleased with how quickly and smoothly everything went. The whole process greatly esceeded my expectations. A quality job done at a reasonable price... what more could you ask for. Having a roof replaced or home repairs can be a difficult, tedious, and messy process at best. However, when contracotrs are willing to go the extra mile to insure a quality job to insure satisfaction, it can be a pleasant experience. Such was the case with Innovative Construction. After the infamous hail storm of 2010, I was visited by TONS of out-of-town companies and even local companies that cluttered my front door with flyers and burned my door bell wanting our business. With flyers riddled with spelling errors from crazy companies I've never heard of, I went to the phone book. All Pro Roofing and Remodeling was in all the phone books (and the older ones which I tend to keep for whatever reason!) and I was impressed with their ad, and then their staff when I called. They made me feel like I was a priority and sent Brandon out to check out my roof within 48 hours! I signed the contract after meeting Brandon, who was nice, knowledgeable, and professional (and good looking, ha!). My roof was installed a week later, and Brandon wouldn't take my check until he thoroughly checked the installation by climbing on the roof. They were super nice and I've never been more impressed with a contractor and the company. THANK YOU!! I don't know who the other people are that rated this company, but it's worth noting, the guys that installed my roof left NO trash around my property and I watched them pick everything up before they left. As to whether or not you could understand the English of the roofers, I could, and just because someone struggles with our language doesn't mean they aren't excellent craftsmen. That reviewer couldn't even spell in his review, ha! And with how long it took for my roof (1 week), I called immediately when I knew the whole city had been hit--knowing the roofing companies across town were going to be stocked up with customers. They installed my roof quickly because I had leaks everywhere. So I may have been a priority, but I appreciated that--before my whole house inside was ruined, too! Just noting! :)
On May 1 2008 our home was damage by a hail storm causing damage to our car and home, as we watched work being done around the area's that were damage, we were seeing some good and bad work, That helped us in selecting a contractor to do our work. We were very impressed with the work we seen done by Trademark Exteriors so we called them out to see what they had to offer, There estimate seamed a little higher than the insurance company estimated, but when they sat down with us and we compared there estimate against the insurance company's, the differance was the adjuster had missed some damage item's to our home and the adjuster was short on the square footage on our roof, Trademark sent in a supplement for the shortage and missed item's to the insurance company and another adjuster was sent out and met with Trademark Exteriors, The new adjuster confirmed and made the necessary correction's from the first adjuster, we then received another check to get our work done.
