I visit this store frequently, along with some other Kinko's stores and other copy shops, and generally I'm very pleased with the service I get here. Occasionally there are crowds, but almost alway when I've been here there are adequate workers to handle them. I often go here to have a 4- or 6-page PDF file printed as a booklet. I've done this every month for over a year now (as well as for other types of jobs), and every time there has been someone on duty who could efficiently read the file from my flash memory device and print it to double-sided 11"x17" pages (plus 8.5"x11" center pages). They often have done this concurrently with serving other customers, and quickly take care of any defects (such as streaks or wrinkles) that appear in the copies. Some other Kinko's stores that I've visited were unable to do what I needed, or could do it only if I paid a $5.00 (or greater) surcharge. Full-color certificates on heavy stock that I bought last month looked beautiful and were finished quickly, even though other customers were being served at the time. The self-service machines (for ordinary photocopies) have also been in good repair any time I've needed to use them. (I can't comment on other services, such as laminating or posters.) Any store can become overwhelmed if a bunch of customers show up at once, but I think it's unfair to say that that's the usual situation at this store.
We have a great printer that can really pump out the copies. It quit working, so we figured we needed to have the ink refilled. Due to our positive past experience..... ..... We called "Toner Refill". The new toner was delivered like clockwork. After replacing the cartridge, the printer still did not print. We called "Toner Refill", they said they would be happy to let us return our new cartridge we just bought, they would also be happy to look at our printer, to see what the issue might be. The owner himself checked out our printer. Well, sure enough..... our printer needed a new part, they ordered it, installed it, and our printer was back in a matter of days. "Vance" (the owner) even stopped by a day or two later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Absolutely!!!! And we couldn't be happier with our printer AND the service. I have to tell ya, the kind of feeling and service quality we have received VERY time from "Toner Refill" is like back in the Good ol'e days when business was done on a hand shake. Thank you for another pleasant experience.
QUICKFIX IS THE BEST! I've taken my iPhone to several repair shops around the OKC Metro. QuickFix is by far the best in town! This company has the most affordable pricing and their level of knowledge exceeds any other electronics repair store I've ever been too BY FAR! This a very trustworthy business. The staff is extremely helpful and the technicians are very friendly. They do a great job of making everything fun and educating us about our gadgets. Mos repairs are done the same day, but they do a great job of communicating and providing me with updates when I do have to leave my devices there.The store is very attractive, clean, and the music rocks! Plus they are centrally located off NW 36th & May, just 5 minutes away from Penn Square Mall and other OKC mainstays. They have also fixed my sons XBOX and my wife's laptop, it is much nicer to go somewhere that does everything and that you can trust!
