Visiting OKC for spouses' HS Reunion.Having driven through nite needed bugs cleaned off and good wash.Couldn't understand person explaining wash.Appeared to be only one kind for $30. Car not really cleaned. Took very long to clean-only one person. Don't ever take your car to this place-ever!!!

My husband and I took his compact SUV to VIP, after calling to confirm the price. We told them we had a coupon from the phone book, and were assured that it would be honored.



When we arrived, we were told that the guy we spoke with on the phone didn't exist ("Nobody by that name works here"), told that the coupon would not be honored, and the wash was going to cost twice what we were quoted on the phone. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, he was immediately surrounded by three male employees and told to get in his car and leave before there was "a big problem".



Liars backed up by thugs -- there's no way I'd leave my car there, even if it had four flat tires!

Our carwash took over 1 1/2 hrs to complete. There were hidden charges & an extra charge that we did not agree to. No tag/ticket was given when the car was released to the person who services the car, no system in place to make sure the right car goes to the right customer. Manager only issued a receipt IF you asked. One lady at the counter with a VIP Charge Card was told she didn't need a receipt! My car mats were put in water & were left dripping wet, (had to put them in plastic bags!) car doors were left open for the entire time with the interior lights on & the battery died (on a new car!). Manager was evasive & unprofessional & totally diregarded any complaints & requests for refund. At the 'completion' of service, the exterior was still dirty & the windshield was greasy looking with smear marks all over it. There were several other customers there in the waiting area with us who all had the same experience. Every single one! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!
