Driver did not even get out of the truck and did not attempt to deliver my package. I got a six hour run around from customer service. I was told " the the driver walked around my complex" yet he did not knock on my door. Why this company is still in business I do not know. Its really sad that I can't leave a negative star rating for this business. My package was way late delivery. I was told over live chat that they could not tell me where my package had been shipped from in OKC. I was also told that the "approximate time of delivery" could vary by 3 or plus hours on the later end of the hours given. Poor service, poor communication, poor delivery, poor follow through. Over the last 24 months UPS has lost multiple shipments, damaged over seventy thousand dollars in servers sent VIA UPS and took over 10 months to satisfy the claim.
Started shipment of product from New York halfway to it's destination it took off to Canada, UPS's response was nothing could be done until it got to it's redirected destination.

This hub was very poorly organized and had terrible customer service. We were given inaccurate information about location hours, how to pick up our package which they failed to deliver, and once we arrived were told our package didn't exist and the name didn't bring up anything in the system at all. I saw them feed the same line to multiple people within minutes of me, as well. Terrible service.Like this review?Yes  (1)|Flag Abuse
