        One of their male travel agent...

        One of their male travel agents is rude, insensitive, and most unprofessional. Don’t even bother calling them. They are in it for their commissions and will try to force you to travel where they will make the most money. They have total disregard for the client.

        Without any specific information I am unable to address this properly other than to say that we are professionals and the accusations above are not typical of the way we do business. We are a service company. Our repeat clientele is well over 90% and we receive referral business from satisfied customers every day. If this person received was unhappy I would like to know more about it in order to resolve any issues.
