The Anchor’s newest space offers plenty of casual indoor and outdoor dining spaces for guests to casually sit, relax, and enjoy a nice meal. The campus provides the option for guests to take their meals to-go or dine in. Keeping with the campus aesthetic, stone veneer and wood timers adorn the exterior of the main building. Shade structures, benches, stone arches, and extensive landscaping make for a beautiful campus setting.
The space has been transformed into inviting, open-concept environments characterized by vibrant, well-lit walls, as well as contemporary glass doors and windows. The resulting design not only elevates the aesthetics but also fosters a more collaborative and inspiring atmosphere for the bank’s staff and clients.
Siding
The Shangri-La Battlefield Par 3 Pro Shop and Cart Barn project was successfully completed within a year, with remarkable efficiency and no setbacks caused by weather, landscaping, or material delay. Both the pro shop and barn harmoniously feature the same exquisite cedar columns as showcased at the Shangri-La Anchor, incorporating subtle nods to battlefield elements throughout the facilities. These buildings are constructed with wood frames and boast polished concrete floors, lap cedar siding adorning the exteriors, and large, beautiful fiberglass windows that offer breathtaking views of the picturesque golf course.
Residential Roof Repair
Originally constructed in 1977, the Okmulgee Readiness Center was at the end of its life cycle. After a multi-year evaluation process, it was determined that a renovation was the best option for the facility and work began to outfit this building to better support the needs of the Oklahoma National Guard 777th Aviation Support Battalion. The building received a complete interior and exterior face lift including: new TPO roofing system, new mechanical, HVAC building controls, plumbing, fire suppression and electrical systems. The building’s exterior reflects the current Oklahoma Military Department stylings, including a stacked stone and EFIS façade. In addition, a new mezzanine was installed inside the existing structure, as well as classroom-style training spaces. OMD will now have adequate room for vehicles and equipment. This new site work was extensive and involved several locations of heavy vehicle traffic, storage and training.
