Very poor customer relations!
Very poor customer relations!! So i just purchased a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and with all the weather tragedies that occurred in OKLahoma my car was totaled. Of course it was covered in the insurance policy but now i just got informed from The Key that i was a payment pass due and that i had a payment coming up too! This after the car was totaled and after i explained my situation to them. They were careless and informed me that until they had their money from the insurance they needed my biweekly payment or i would be sued!! The worst part is that the process could take up to a month! This is not what they advertise>>CARS.LOANS.LIFE.<< If you are in the market for a vehicle i suggest you to find a different dealership.

Horrible place to buy a car.
Horrible place to buy a car. I was looking for a vehicle, when I said I could to afford their terms, the salesman said, "try it. If you find you can't afford this car, bring it back within 60 days and we will take it back." I brought it back and the same man said,"We are not going to take it back!" I said,"well, I am not taking it home!" And I left it in the parking lot. Now I am being garnished $800 a month for $18,000 and they got the car back!!! Do to buy from these crooks!!

It is a great place to buy a car from. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful, same with the service department! If I have problems, the staff works with me to get them solved. Overall, I have nothing but good to say about my experiences with Key Finance. I will buy all of my vehicles from Key, here on out.

I have had great opportunity from the Key by helping me build my credit and with this kind of interest in helping people, i guess more people will be looking forward for such opportunity. Most people are looking forward for such advantage to make swish in their lives epecially foreigners like myself who have had no idea about credit but that is how it works here in USA. I have liked every thing from the very day Joe called me and it has been great and exceptional. The concern that i have is, how often do the Key report to the credit office for updates and how consistent we are in paying our car loans. So far so good and better.

Go to the Key! They saved my life when I needed a vehicle after my other one died. Very friendly and knowageable staff,and when I had a problem with the vehicle,I was put in a Loaner until mine was fixed. I couldn't ask for more.

They really treat me like I matter.
They really treat me like I matter. I know that I am paying them for my vehicle, but they always ask me when I come in if the car is still meeting my needs and often times remember my name. That friendliness really goes a long way in today's world!

I would love to work at a place where you are treated like family they know you by name and always are friendly and so helpful when you are in need of help. I have dealt with others carlots and no other one compares to The Key. I love my car and if i have any problems with it they take care of it and me. This place is awesome and you need to buy your car at The Key.

Great place to get a car... they help you build your credit and own your own car quik. I've had my car since 2009 and have $2000 left to pay.. Yay :-) when you referr people you get a percent of your next payment.... SOOO HaPPy with THE KEY!!!!

I love The Key!!!! I have been a customer with them for several months. Recently I had an issue with them and I spoke with several people who were all very concerned and helpful. No one gave up until my issue was resolved. All of the people are soo friendly and will do anything they can to help you with whatever you need.

That they needto come here if they need to get a car, they work around your paydays some cars are a little pricey but are good cause they have a warrenty. I do believe that they need more cars that are in the lower price range cause they only had 1 car in my price range

The Key has worked with someone, such as myself, that has less than stellar credit. As a single mom that has no outside support they have been an incredible blessing to me and my family!!! Most of all I want to give 5 stars of credit to the service department...especially Matt and Joey in service!!!! Thank you guys; you are the BEST!!!! Matt has always made for sure that all of my needs were met he has always gone over and above to make for sure my car has received the best service possible. Joey has always made for sure my needs were met when needing a loaner while my vehicle has been serviced. I am very thankful the The Key and the Staff that represents The Key so well!!! I enjoyed the full experience! I had doubts about purchasing another car with the economy the way it is. But when I came into the KEY the sales team and finance managers made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel pressured. I found a car that I know will be reliable for me. I know that I made a good choice to come to the Key. THE DOOR to success is know open because I bought a car from THE KEY!! Thank you Rachelle and Brittany for your courteous attitude and help. I love my car and can't wait to enjoy life a little more with a reliable vehicle!
