        I wonder why Dean Riddell got so many good feed backs. I got taken in by their good feed back. My file was there for a week untouched. Calls after calls and texts. Just found out that one document was not signed. When I address my concern to Dean, he said you are welcome to look for a different lender. Not to mention about their receptionist is wearing flip flops at work, I should have say no when I notice that.

        Dean Riddell and his team went above and beyond during my home buying process. From day one when I met with Dean and ran through some numbers, until my closing date, Dean was right by my side and always made sure my needs were met. I had heard the horror story's from other friends and colleagues that used different lenders and didn't get to close on time or had a list of problems during the process. Not a single problem with SWBC. Dean and his team are local and always a text or a phone call away. I never realized buying a home could be so easy! I highly recommended SWBC Mortgage.
