DR BRIAN LEVINGS SCOPED MY KNEE IN 2011 AND DR JONES
REPLACED MY KNEE IN 2017. EXCELLENT DOCTORS, STAFF IS GREAT AND HAD NO PROBLENS AFTER SURGERY. NOW I AM GETTING READY TO SEE DR REDDICK FOR HIP REPLACEMENT HIGHLY RECOMMEND SW ORTHO.

Read the other reviews and don't understand the attitudes of the negative ones.... I'm currently recovering from shoulder surgery performed by Dr Levings and my experience with this business has been beyond outstanding. From my first phone call till today everyone has been professional, caring and friendly. They've never hounded me for money nor have I waited for more than 15 min at any appt. I highly recommend SOS for any orthopedic problem you have! !!!

Staff seems clueless on what the hell they're doing. Dropped off paperwork for Dr to sign and was told it'd be ready next day. Showed up and some woman, didn't grab her name but she's about 6'2" with dark hair, YELLED at me in front of everybody in the waiting room. She didn't give a crap about my husband or the paperwork he HAS to have for his surgery. We are a military family. So last second stuff is NOT ok with the base. We took papers up there as soon as we got them. A week in advance and they can't do their job in less than that?? And on top of that, they yell at me?? Hell no. Not worth it. Will be finding somebody who gives a crap about their patients.

Every branch of this clinic is ridiculous. ALL of the new patients have a 2-3 HOUR wait time IN THE WAITING room to see the doctor because this clinic is so money hungry they can't quit accepting new patients. When I asked why the wait was so long, I was told bc they schedule 5-6 appts at the same time and they only have a few rooms. Do NOT GO to any of these branches unless you are prepared to wait for several hrs in the waiting room, and then even longer when they take you back. It's very obvious that they are more about the money than they are the patient.

This place is amazing! It is very busy, so the wait time can be a little lengthy, but the excellent staff and medical care make up for that. The girls in the front are always so polite and helpful. If you ever have an orthopaedic issue, I highly recommend this place!

The worst place to find care! Dr. Jones admitted breaking his Hippocratic oath to not cause harm on my husband's knee! He he gave my husband knee surgery and screwed him up for life! Then he dropped him for no reason. Wayne Allison is the owner of the company and is a hot shot lawyer so I couldn't find a lawyer to sue for malpractice. But that soon Wil change because my husband is seeing another doctor to prove he disfigured his Knee. Top it off I'm an ex employee and they only care about money and milking your insurance. Dr. Jones is mentally challenged and had no business laying his hands on anyone! Do your self a favor and run from this cult! Dr Jones ruined our lives!

In my opinion: I wouldn't even take my ex-wife or her dog to this place! Find another orthopedic clinic or.... They are very unprofessional both in-clinic and over the phone(good luck finding, much less talking to the person you are looking for). They bilked my rehabilitation provider and dropped me after seeing me for over 6 mos. with no explanation whatsoever. The doctor I saw was Dr. Jones(orthopaedics) never laid a finger on me in two visits. Dr. Jones couldn't even provide me with a letter stating his opinion or prognosis upon my request.



"Administrator" Wayne Allison is conveniently unavailable when I call him at his request. He's the one that sent me the certified letter.



No one knows who to talk to when you call. All but the phone operator are rude and can't be bothered with you and all that I talked to were inept at getting me to the person I needed to talk to and were very unprofessional at doing so. They are very slow at setting appointments and my phone number was "mysteriously lost" more than once.



Finally, some hatchet lady answered the phone for Wayne Allison and proceeded to rudely (I won't go in to the abusiveness I experienced from this person) and very unprofessionally proceeded to tell me: "....Dr. Jones isn't going to see you or talk to you and you need to find someone else....and he doesn't have to or need to give you a reason why...." Nice huh?



But wait, there's more! S.O.S. scheduled me for some special MRI at SW Integris in Okc and a nerve-damage assessment at another doctor previous to telling me to get lost. Then my assessment appointment was mysteriously mis-scheduled and cancelled when I showed up on time for the appointment even after my rehabilitation provider verified the appointment the previous day, with my current phone number, before I received the notorious certified letter.



Confused? Yeah, me too. Don't get involved with these quacks. This is my opinion.



Needless to say, thankfully I found out about this place before getting to surgery!!!!!!!
