I really liked the nurses and front desk receptions, very sweet ladies!! But Dr. Jackson has no bed side manner, he is a intergator, he barks at you like you are a dog!!!!!! I am disgusted with him, I no longer want to see him after the the 20th of April!!! I have found a new pain management Dr. I will see on the 21st, I made the appt. My self!!!! You are fired!!!!!!

I absolutely adored him when I saw him which was twice a year and his PA, Grant, was just as friendly and accommodating as Dr. Robinson. I went there for SEVEN Years! Then one day I walked in for my appointment and the receptionist at the front gave me my prescriptions and a pink slip and said "Here's a months worth of medication so that you can find a new Doctor. He's letting you go". My mouth dropped and I said "But, I have Never had a bad urine test or blood test!" She replied, "Oh we know but Dr. Robinson said that you haven't complied with treatment because you haven't had an injection in FIVE years." You see I have lupus and the injections cause a flareup of extreme swelling and pain so my General Practitioner had told me not to get them. No one in the last five years had ever told me that it was a requirement and I told her that if it WAS a requirement, why did they wait Five years before telling me and asked if I could speak to the doctor or the PA to which I was told "No, they aren't speaking to anyone. I lost all respect for him that he couldn't say it to my face! What a Coward!
