I am extremely exasperated with this company. We contracted with the company for a full treatment but due to rain (admitted out their control) the treatment had to be divided into two appointments. We had an electrical delay on the second appointment and when I called for an explanation, I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone. I ended the call by asking to have a technician call. He called and completely explained the situation. I said thank you and asked to pass a message to the owner (Robert) that I wanted to speak to him about the woman. Robert called and immediately began to yell at me; telling me I don't have to be concerned since I'm not currently living in the house(victim of a house fire). HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! He continued for 10 minutes to argue and tell me I have to just wait my turn in line for rescheduling because he was NOT putting me ahead of other people scheduled AFTER me. He said I was asking (in his words) like a 3 year old. I don't know that the treatment is any better than any other company, the cost certainly isn't any better. The trouble this company brings to the house is definitely NOT worth it. Find someone else.
