In January 1982, Marty incorporated his practice as Martin Postic, Jr., A Professional Corporation, continuing a general practice of law in Moore focusing on estate planning, real estate, and probate law. Due to the need for more office space, Marty broke ground on the Shadowlake Law Center in south Oklahoma City in September 1982.
