Perfect Vape / Vape Now

Edit May 27: this vendor has repeatedly said I did not send them the necessary information. Yet, I contacted IJoy, the manufacturer, and sent the exact same information along with the purchase receipt and I have a replacement on the way in less than five days. PV is still trying to say I have not sent all necessary information.

I have contacted Perfect Vape numerous time to replace an Ijoy Diamond Mini that I ordered from them that stopped working. After several emails and once call with a rather abrupt CS agent, they approved my return yet never sent a return address. TODAY, nearly 2 weeks later, I get ANOTHER request for a video and serial number (which I can’t get because it wasn’t on the box and the vape won’t turn on) even though it clearly states on my account that the return has ALREADY been authorized. Once I get this issue straightened out...if I ever do, I will not purchase from them again and will continue to not recommend them at all.

I just received a message from them stating I need to follow the directions. Apparently they don’t check their email very well or they would have received the necessary items. Also, they stated the box would have a bar code/serial number on it to verify authenticity of the product. Well, either I’m blind or I don’t have an authentic product. No bar code...no serial number. Whatever...I’ll sent my receipt and the video directly to IJoy. I’ve realized this company is not worth the effort and time.
