Disorganized and frustrating! I received a gift card to this store from a friend and went to get my new puppy a collar. They didn't have the collar in stock that I wanted, so we ordered it. No problem. I asked if they could just ship the collar to my house since I had or order it and they told me I would have to pay shipping and I told them that was fine and paid it. I get home and after going over my address about 3 times, she still had it wrong on the receipt (she had that I lived in Tennessee), and then 3 days ago, I receive a call from them saying "We have your collar. I know you already paid for us to send it to your house. Do you still want us to? Call us back and let us know." REALLY?! Why was this even a question?! Then today I call them because I still haven't received it when they called 3 days ago telling me they had it and asking if I still wanted it sent to my house (they are only about 10 miles away. I should have had it the next day) and I was informed it just went out in the mail TODAY. What a joke! They weren't apologetic whatsoever and didn't really care. You would think after a person paid $50 for a collar, they would try a little harder. Not the case. Just order online or go elsewhere and save yourself some grief.
I was looking for a sweater to keep my chihuahua warm in the house, bought a fleece slip-on that was fitted by a blond woman who was apparently one of the owners. It was out of my desired price range ($26), but I bought it because it fit him perfectly and looked good. Unfortunately it began to stretch, and within a few hours I called the shop telling them the problem. I was told to wash and dry it and it would probably shrink. Since it was not a natural fiber material I was not optimistic about it shrinking, but I washed it as instructed and dried it in the dryer. It was still too large, and so within 24 hours of buying it, I returned to the store to see whether I could exchange it for a size "Small" rather than a "Medium." :Luckily there was a "small" available but she would not make an even exchange, even though shd had personally fitted it on my pet and did a good sales job in selling it. I refused to pay for an additional item, gave them the stretchy one as it was of no use to me, and left. I have 3 dogs and might have been a great customer for them if they had played fair. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! .
