I took my 2011 Scion xB to Hail Restore in Oklahoma City for storm damage. My poor car had so much hail damage, and some bigger dents where a tree limb had fallen on it. The staff there was always polite and professional, they filed a supplemental claim directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They gave me a free loaner car, and helped me with my deductible. I picked up my car today, and I couldn't be happier. Not only was all the body work done beautifully, but they also cleaned and vacuumed out the inside before turning it over to me. Thank you to Mary, Sherry, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Hail Restore for taking such good care of my investment!

I had a large dent in the side of my new lexus. The removed the dent with no paint and saved me a fortune. The shop down street wanted to replace door skin. Glad i was referred to Hail Restore. Great customer care and really good deal.

Had a nasty door ding i did not think was Fixable using Paintless Dent Removal. It was a sight to see how this art is performed. The technician explained to me how it works and then did his magic. Blew me away! What a great way to repair door dings. This is truly a professional shop and well managed. Everyone was polite and even had fresh hot coffee handed to me while i wait. What a pleasent surprise to find in a repair shop nowadays.

Hail Restore went above and beyond repairing my car. I was backed into at the grocery store and luckily the person left their name and number on my car. I side swiped the back rear side of my truck on a fence pole in the pasture leaving 2 dents and a long wide scratch. I hadnt even thought about getting it repaired (as I knew it was gonna cost about $1800 at the bodyshop down the street) but I was next door getting a grill put on the front of the truck at the Ranchhand place and they suggested I check them out. Sherri in the office was great. The appraisal was quick and significantly below my expected cost--$700-- Unfortunately, I have done the same thing to a different truck but paid more since I didnt know about them. Anyway, they got the work done quickly and it looks fantastic. I cant even tell it was wrecked. I highly recommend One Touch. They are professional, friendly, and put out high quality work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back if I happen to smash my truck up again and will refer anyone I know that needs body work over to Sherri. Almost forgot, I managed to get a screw in the sidewall of my tire and they even took it to the tire store and had it replaced for me and split the cost. I dont know where or how it happened but I think that is more than fair and again shows their outstanding customer service. Bravo Zulu.
