i have been using prince towncar service for some time now and i love their service. they're always on time and they have good rates. i can use a towncar for same price as a shuttle. their cars are always clean. and their drivers are always on time.

I have never reviewed anything ever…
I have never reviewed anything ever before, but this service was so terrible that I am compelled to warn others. I travel frequently for business and always use a car service. I had never been to Oklahoma City before and Prince was identified by my airline as a potential car service. When I called to make the reservation, I had to call three times. I finally confirmed via email. The next morning no one showed up at my hotel. I contacted the company who disputed that a reservation had ever been made but agreed to send someone to pick me up. I was 45 minutes late for my meeting but they did not charge me for the service. I confirmed that someone would be available to pick me up and I was given a card with a number to call when I was ready. I called that number and the general business number several times and left four voicemails; none of which were ever returned (even today). I also sent a follow-up email that went unheeded. Finally, I had to hire a different car service, Premier, to come and get me which they promptly did, thank God, or I would have missed my flight. The level of service exhibited by Prince would be unacceptable for even Cheap-O Rent-A-Car but certainly far below that expected in an executive/luxury service. I am appalled and astounded. Finally, it appears to have several different contact numbers and emails princetransportation.okc@gmail.com, Airporttaxiandmore@gmail.com, 405-5950-CAR, 405-3099-SKY, 405-593-1250 as well as at least two websites http://www.oklahomacheapairporttaxi.com and http://www.prince-limousine.com which should have also probably been a tip off.
Follow-up: Approximately an hour after posting the above review, I received a text from (405) 659-5705 that said :"Nice review. But one is not enough. LOL Thank you for taking the time to write it though." That should say it all. -

okc airport transportation is now owned and operated by prince limousine llc . we will make sure that every customer will be taken care of. and getting charged the right price. we will also make sure that every customer gets a towncar at price cheaper then a shuttle. and that's our word for it.

I called and booked 2 months in advance for our honeymoon. I also called the day of to confirm and the lady said, "yes, everything is set. Thank you for calling." We were scheduled for a 4:45 A.M. pick up and at 3:00 A.M. she called me and said that she couldn't find a driver to come and pick us up so we needed to call a cab. I am 100% positive that if I wouldn't have answered the phone, she was just going to leave me that wonderful message on my voicemail. So if you want an actual ride to the airport, don't book them. Completely unprofessional.

I was told by my bellhop at my hotel to call them I called the day before and they were late no other rides at 6am so I. missed my flight had to wait 5 he's for another one never use them again

This is by no means a taxi company it does not carry the insurance that a taxi requires or the standards that the drivers has to go through so please dont be fooled by the misrepsentation that this is a taxi company.
