Moore Express Urgent Care

I went in when a cough became throwing up large amounts of blood. I told the front desk that and he handed me the required stacks of paper work. Due to shaking, I had a difficult time writing and balancing the clipboard, so I then used the counter to help keep it steady. He ever so rudely told me to go sit down as I filled the paperwork.
When a quesrion arose about insurance and I asked about my out of town parents paying, he stated since I'm no longer a minor I can't expect my dad to help, and refused to even think about letting me put my parents' information on the forms.
When I finally got back, I told the nurse exactly what I told the Front Desk, and was immediately sent away to go to the hospital because of the blood issue. Then, when I asked why hadn't the man in the lobby told me they wouldn't be able to treat me, she simply said "I was unaware of the problem, so I couldn't have told you."
When someone is in pain, you should be more compassionate and actually help your patient.

I have been here multiple times due to not only the location being a great spot,but also because I have had a wonderful experience with the staff! The staff always treats me kindly and Dr. YOUNG is the best. I really appreciate them and will go back the next time I am not feeling well!

Absolutely terrible! I took my 4 year old in for a hurt foot around 11:30am. They told us it would be an hour and a half wait which I was fine with. However, my mom then left and got some food and brought it back so that me and my two small children, ages 1 and 4, could eat while we waited. There was no posted sign about no food or drink and my kids had snack cups and sippy cups out the entire time we were there. After we had eaten for about 15 minutes, the nurse came out and told us that it was "inappropriate" to bring food in there. By this time, we were almost finished. We told her it was a little late. Then she and another man came out a few minutes later and kicked us out and told us not to ever come back. As if I would!! Ridiculous that they refuse to treat my child because they have an unwritten rule about eating in the waiting room. I and my family will NEVER go back again and I'm telling anyone who will listen what a terrible experience we had. We then went over to the Moore Medical Center and got in within 5 minutes of arriving. Should have gone there first!

Dr young & nurse were very nice! They need to get rid of the bigger Front Desk Clerk with blond hair. She was very rude & unfriendly. She didn't even greet us while coming in.

I went on a Friday evening within 30 minutes they ran a flu test gave me a shot and prescriptions after receiving a very professional examine I was diagnosed with the flu, sinus infection and pneumonia, just two earlier I went access medical with nearly the same systems was not checked for the flu they claimed it was viral and sent me home with script for cough medicine went to cvs and the pharmacy told me that the cough medicine that access medical gave me was no longer available for over 5 years, I will use Moore Express Urgent Care again in the future excellent staff and a very professional examine

I went to this place in absolute pain. I have medical insurance and consider myself to be a reasonable person. This staff treated me like garbage and refused to see me bc I didn't have actual insurance card w me. Would not accept proof via email. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Absolutely love this place. WS seen minutes after nine arrived, staff and Dr was very friendly and listened. All in all, would recommend and will come back, even if it's further than one around the corner.

It is nice that there is a place you can go to receive affordable healthcare by knowledgeable compassionate people. I went there for a simple uti, the doctor was very kind (didn't get his name) and cut the price of the test knowing I do not have medical insurance or much money. He prescribed a generic antibiotic that only cost me $4. He treated me with respect. I didn't have to wait very long either.

I would prefer to give them zero stars and have recommended to everyone I know to never use them. I went once for myself and was not happy with the service or the wait (there were no other patients in the building at the time and I waited over an hour before I was called back, another hour in the room and another 30 minutes for the shot after the Dr. came in). I went a second time with my 6 month old daughter to give them a second chance and ended up requesting my co-pay back and leaving without being seen. They have extremely rude staff, very poor customer service and long waits even when they are not busy. I will never go back!

Excellent doctor but the cost was incredibly high! I have BCBS insurance and payment was still $140.21---part of this was because of a $44 fee because of using them on and evening. Even though doctor was good the fees for a basic visit were sky high! Don't use!

My daughter had a scary medical problem and the doctors and nurses were very very compasionate, kind, caring and gentle. The front desk gentlemen acted like I was puting him out a bit, but besides that this place was wonderful. I would return and recommend to my family and friends.
