Not worth rating. I am 61 years old and the sales associates made me feel like they thought I was going to shoplift. One told another to watch me and then she followed me everywhere, then they both watched every move I made. Could not get out of there fast enough. Felt very uncomfortable. Won't go back.

(ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM SOOOO MAD AT THIS RIPOFF BUSINESS).

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY. IT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. IT IS ALL ABOUT THEM AND THEY TRAIN THEIR REPS TO BE DOWNRIGHT NASTY AND DISGUSTING.

You are taking a BIG risk if you buy here!



I accidentally ordered the wrong size online, so I figured it would be no big deal to request a change before it ships out (as this is standard practice for any legitimate/reputable business interested in keeping customers).



They were not willing to do an exchange, even though the shoes had not yet shipped and my transaction was still pending! "It is our policy that we are unable to cancel orders once we have received payment for them. We have hundreds of orders in process and are unable to go through all of them to cancel a specific one." They insisted I wait to receive it in the mail, and pay for the return shipping!

I cannot believe how badly I was treated here. They gave me the wrong shoes, and when I tried to return them they said they wouldn't give my money back because there was wear. I had them for two weeks and tried them on twice, hoping they would work but just were too tight. I asked if I could just pay a cleaning fee to satisfy this money-hungry and cheating place, but they said I couldn't because I wore the shoes and they were now unsellable. Um, HELLO, have they ever even been inside a shoe store???!!!



Amazon told me repeatedly that I was right but there was nothing they could do.



The customer service from this place was unreal. I felt demoralized every time I spoke with them. They did everything they could to ensure I end up screwed, including messing up shipping to me again, so I have to pay for shipping costs for the third time. These people suck. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
