STOLE FROM MY TRUCK. I will not be returning. Went today and got the oil change and car wash that comes with it, as far as the oil change I don't really know...hopefully they did their job, however, the car wash was less than mediocre. I could have done a better job by myself and they have multiple people there wiping down and sweeping it out. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT HERE: I checked around the truck to make sure nothing too valuable was laying around, but I had left a $5 bill in the center console. (I keep it in there for small sonic drink purchases on occasion because I don't care cash otherwise), ANYWAY, left the $5 bill in there thinking surely they wouldn't take such a noticeable item, I was wrong. As soon as they flagged me over to get in the truck I got in and looked, IT WAS GONE. Now, I didn't make a stink about it, I drove away and decided not to tip them, due to the fact that someone took it upon themselves to take a tip from me, but I feel it is my duty to warn if you do use this place, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE VEHICLE. I tested their morals and they failed miserably. What if it had been more? or my ipod I sometimes have in the console, or a pair of expensive sunglasses???? Stealing is stealing, they know it is impossible to sort out which one of the 10 people crawling around in your vehicle it is...there's no telling what these people would take. I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS TO A MORE TRUSTWORTHY REPUTABLE ESTABLISHMENT!
Original owners sold in 2005, new management took over & it is terrible. Customer service, prices, quality, owner...everything is a joke. You couldn't pay me to take my car to this place again. They scratched my car & refused to fix it. I have a small claims suit pending. The husband & wife that owned it were the best in the business. I wish I could give it less than one star.
Took our new car to get washed & the machine messed up the antenna & quarter panel. Left message for manager & had to make a personal visit to get him to talk to me. He was going to do investigation & call me back but never received callback so week later made another visit to find out they were not going to assist with problem they admittedly created. I will never take anyone's vehicle to them ever again.
Don't take your car here for anything. Been doing business with them on both my personal cars for 10 years. Service has been declining and today it was the worst.
Called the manager and described how dirty my car was and based on his comments, it was obvious he could have cared less.
They don't deserve your business. Try to find a company that has better manangement.
I have gone to Xpress for over a decade and have been very satisfied with the services on the automated car wash and the staff are friendly. I recently had a handicapped equipped SUV detailed and I was pleasantly surprised how they really know the definition of detail. The SUV was a mess when i brought it to them (i was embarrassed) and when I picked it up the next day, it was like new! I would recommend Memorial Car wash for sure.
I've been going to Xpress Auto for years now and have Never left unhappy!!! The stuff is very caring and always informing. My 1991 Buick's gettin a lil old but after i take it to them it always looks like new. I have a low tire last week and i didn't even have to ask, they aired that son of a gun up for my! to find out it have a nail in it and they even put a plug in it for me so i could makeit up to the tire some. These are great people at this joint. And i'd refer anyone who wants to great service to these folks any day of the week.
Just picked up my car, was not impressed and when I pointed out the clearcoat that was missing on my smoked headlights, they denied any damage. It wasn't there when I dropped it off, it was clearly not noted on my sheet, but they deny all knowledge. My floormats looked like they were chewed up by a weedeater, and there was so much Armor All in the car it reeked. I could not smell any carpet cleaner, the nooks and crannies were still dirty. For $140 bucks, I expected a clean car, not a car that was hosed down with perfume to look and smell clean. Never again will I use their service. So, for the price of the detail ($140) and the cost of replacement headlights ($369) it was an expensive EPIC FAILURE.
I purchased a rainy day gift card worth $250. I used it 2 times and then lost it. I am a disable veteran on a limited income. Chris the owner was going to see about getting the old card cancelled and reissuing a new card but back out saying he was not responsible for lost or stolen cards. This owner (Chris) took advantage of this disable veteran, who is a loyal customer that buys gift cards annually for his wife at christmas. And I think others should know the kind of person he is. I have been a customer with this business since it opened. Have been pleased most of the time with services. It appears the quality is decreasing and are rushing all vehicle thru for the almighty dollar. A business can become so blind to the dollar that they forget or don't care anymore about the people that keeps them in business. I've seen a lot of business closed their doors when they started not caring about customers and developed the attitude that you appear to be having.
I can always just go somewhere else and wouldn't be missed, but what if every one else did? (CLOSED) OR SOLD OUT TO SOME ONE WHOM CARES. Better get some quality control before it's to late.
