Meineke Car Care Center

This is for the Midwest City location but it doesnt give me the option to post a review for them so I will leave this for all the Meineke's. My husband took his truck in on the 15th or could have been the 16th of July 2010. To get a radiator flush, his truck was starting to creep up on the temp. so we decided to go to your shop and get a flush. After being told it would be 45 minutes before he could get in he decided to wait, afterall thats not that long. However, the whole overall time he was there was over 4 hours...that is insane. All of this only to get home and find that the fluid had not been changed the truck was still getting hot, and when WE took the radiator off and flushed it ourselves( with a water hose) there was a tone of gunk in it which means there is no way in HEdouble hockey sticks that your company spent four hours doing a chemical flush and left all that behind. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. You shouldnt take peoples money and give NOTHING in return. We work hard for our money and dont like to pay $110 just for your workers to stand around for 4 hours, and see NO end result this is absolutely insane. I hope you treat your other customers better, than you did my family, and believe me when I say I will NOT be recommending you to any friends or relatives.
