void this transmission shop at...

Avoid this transmission shop at all costs. The servicemen are misleading and rude. The service tech I dealt with named Mike is a liar. I had my car towed into the shop to have my transmission looked at. He initially explained to me that he would pull the transmission out to further diagnose what is wrong with it. He explained there is a charge for it I understood and agreed. What he failed to explained further was, to put it back in the car if I decided to not have it repaired there would be an additional charge. He said I should have known that it would be an additional charge. Basically since I am not going to let them do the repairs I would have to pay them for taking it out and pick up my car in pieces. Also he initially told me the tow would be free but again since he did not clarify the tow charge was added to this.This shop took full advantage of me, especially since I am a woman. Do not, I repeat do not go to this shop to have transmission repair work or even have them look at it, hell they might secretly add charges for talking with them on the phone, they will mislead you and not tell you all the details up front.
