        Awful experience. I had washer and dryer delivered along with water hoses and vent hose. I selected the best dryer hose and did not come with the order. I went in to lowes in person to get a replacement and they did not have. I tried to get a refund and was told I was never charged. I later went home and the bill showed it was charged. I called lowes and spent two hours on the phone and finally got resolved. The help does not answer the phone and no one seems to know what’s going on. I’m now having to pay to has this installed where it was part of the pricing. I’m cutting my lowes card in half and will never use them again!
