        Overall

        I pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 at which time they were supposed to be open. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes. I was the first in line. When I finally got up there to give my order the girls said that they couldn't help me because of some equipment failure and I'd have to wait. She took my order and asked me to pull over into the waiting parking spots. There were four other cars that were behind me also had to pull into the parking spots they wait for the food to be brought out. We had to wait there for about 30 minutes till the girl carried out our food. Never again will I go to the KFC on Northwest Expressway

        Worst KFC in the country. Poor service and the food was bad. Have tried it four times in the past few weeks. The computer was down three times and they could not take any orders and that was at lunch time. This last time, again at lunch time, the chicken was over cooked and cold.
