Went in to get a wrap on my truck. I was told that it would be completed on Friday and I went in on Monday of that week. When Friday rolled around I heard nothing. When Monday rolled around...still nothing. Tuesday rolled around and I called the office and I was told that it would be another TWO WEEKS! I asked why they never called me and told me that the completion date had been changed and they had no reasoning and were not apologetic at all about the situation. The staff was extremely rude and absolutely did not care about any of the issues that I had with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY USING THIS COMPANY!! There are other companies around town to use. Don't make the same mistake that I did and waste 2 weeks of your life dealing with this amateur operation that they call a business. I wish I never would have called them!
