  The people will take credit card information from people and allow people to forge their names and make large withdraws. this complany will not take responsibility of their employees which are allowing idenity theft. This company will slap the customers in the face and wash their hands of the situation. Doug the district manager can careless about the customers and will allow this kind of abuse. He will allow this employees to steel from the customers as long as his hands are clean from the situations. He will turn his head the other way. He will allow the customer to get screwed from behind without even giving a curdious shake. These people are not to be trust with credit card accounts, how are we suppose to trust this company to be honest about the work they do on the bikes. I am ashamed for this company and if this happens to you, all i can say is, i told you so!!! Please do not let these people rob you blind. they can not be trusted

  Quick quality service on short notice

  While on an early spring trip from Michigan to Denver then onto Arizona cutting back across Oklahoma the tires on my 2008 Concours with 8000mi. were spent. I called my home dealer after a quick search he found HOK, a few calls later my morning appointment was set. Rode the last few hundred miles into Oaklahoma City checked in for the night. First in line 9 am bike went in for two new tires and oil change. After a quick 2 1/2 hrs coffee, motorcycle stories with Keith and his Buddy I was back on the road with new oil fresh tires at exactly the right pressure. Thanks again to all of the staff at HOK Dave
