I called in Nov because of sensitivity pain. They could not see me until mid-Jan. At my appt, I told them several times about the pain. They took rads and simply started a rough cleaning saying they didn't have time to finish and would need to schedule another appt in 2 weeks to finish it anyways. The pain got significantly worse after the visit. Right before the next appt, they called saying they would need to reschedule for another 3 weeks out. By that point, I hadn't been able to eat solid food in 48 hrs so I went to another dentist who got me in Right away and discovered missed root abscess (original rads from Hampton office didn't even include roots) and was given antibiotics and referred to endodontist who got me in within days. The Hampton office let the pain and problem fester and worsen for months, when the second dentist was able to resolve the pain within days.
