Do not use Jo Stroope

I am new to the world of coloring hair. Im 35 and have never in my life colored my hair in any way. I decided to do something different and I wanted wild orchid peak a boos. My stylist was Jo Stroope. I told her what I wanted and she talked me into what is called a halo instead of peak a boos. Being new to hair color i accepted and never got my peek a boos. Once she applied the color I noticed it was very bright and pinkish and was all over my forehead. She said she made an executive decision and changed my color from wild orchid to magenta. I objected and said but its pink. She told me to trust her that it is more purple and that it would not be pink. I said ok because I know nothing of hair coloring and I trusted her. When we were done it was very bright and reddish pink in color. I went home and washed my hair the next day with normal shampoo. As my stulist neglected to tell me you have to use color safe shampoos I had no idea, so with two washes the color is now so faded its ugly and is completely gone from the hairs tip and is most definitely pink. Which i cant stand that color.
I contacted her three after getting it done and told her the color is severly faded an its a bright pink now. She told me you have to wash it in cold water to keep it from fading. I pointed out that its pink and I dont do pink. She was irritated and made an appointment for me to have the color redone. I was relunctant to accept because of her attitude but accepted. Shortly after I received a text from her telling me she will be charging me a $55 dollar redo fee.
She changed the color I asked for, failed to educate me in proper hair color care requirements and then wanted to charge me again to redo it. I told her I would find someone else to fix my hair and she replied "Good luck with that."
Do NOT use Jo from this establishment. She will not give you what you ask for and will refuse to fix what she messes up.

I have the BEST STYLIST ever:) If something I suggest won't work for me 'ie' time or special care,she tells me , and, if it will work she tells me.The best products are used here,and the process is never rushed.I have been using Hair Rage V for over 2 yrs now and have never been dissatisfied.From the most basic do's to the most EDGY ones ,this is the place to go.Staff is courteous and they assist one another .A team working together ! Jenn ,You are the Bomb:)
