I purchased a boat from H&H several months ago and heard the story that they were not making any money on the boat even though it was sold at suggested retail. Do rely on your salesman taking care of anything once the sale is complete. Rick is alright but I could care less about the rest. No customer service skills at all. Recently took my new boat in to get the first service done ( they were quick to get it done) but I got home and notice the grease on the seats and floor, the greasy hand prints on everything and the towels in the engine compartment. No respect!!
lies lies and more lies the sales man 'this is i the only 212x we have." lie the sales man "the trailer on this boat has upgraded tandem brakes"... lie the sales manager "oh no they wont let me do any thing; our margins are to close." then adds equp. he forgot an no charge... so there was something he could do. oh and no dealer will give you a battery with you boat... lie i did walk in looking for the deal of the century just did want to be taken
I have never had such bad service from a company. Esp. your suposed Manager. Mr. Pierson. He was rude,,, all he was out for was the mighty dollar.. he seemed to have no experience as a manager and why he is one I dont know.
Personally I would redo my whole staff and upgrade to some decent employees.
