Ordering here was a mistake.

I placed an online order. The quote delivery was same day. I placed the order to be delivered anonymous as a surprise for someone. This was set up to deliver to a business. I found out very early that the person was leaving the business early. I called simply to ask if an earlier delivery was possible. I wasn't given any promises which I was fine with. I understood that. What I didn't understand was why the person answering the phone rudely stated " we can't me driving all over town back and forth all day." I never requested her driver go anywhere but one location! When I realized the rude woman wasn't going to really assist me I said no problem please just deliver when possible. They came ten minutes before 5pm. Any later on a Friday and the delivery would have been missed entirely.

The worst part of all they have the recipient my personal phone number so the recipient was calling trying to figure out why she got gift with just a phone number.

Wish I would known this place had such poor reviews before they got nearly 70 bucks and nearly 10 was to deliver it!

Never again Granada. That's unfortunate I send flowers every year.

LACKING INTEGRITY AND FOLLOW THROUGH.

I attended the Saint Anthony's fund raising Gala the first of November where I bid on 3 hours of holiday decorating from Granada Floral for $350. I attempted to contact David Thompson four times with no return call. With the fifth call he was available to come to the phone and said he needed to check the schedule and call me back..3 days later still no word so i called again David this time made an appointment to come to my home Nov 30th at 3 pm. No Call No Show. I called at 5 to see if he was coming and the answering service stated that they as also tried to call his cell phone no answer and she would leave a message for him to call. No call from him. I called on the 1st and David said he had not come because " the internet was broken" he states he will come on the 2nd in the morning. It is the 2nd and still no Granada Floral. I called again today and David states that " the gala deal is not his priority. I am not angry only disappointed that Granada Floral made a tax deductible gift to St Anthonys Foundation and did not make good on their word. I asked David if he had any intention of coming at all and his reply is well i can try again after i look at the schedule. With a pending holiday party this weekend i am not able to wait any longer I have after all been trying for a full month to obtain the service. Its a shame that Granada Floral made this donation and had no intention of follow through i can't imagine how their business model is successful with this type of integrity very sad

The employees are rude they lost my order told me I never made an order. Brought them the bank statement stating I had been charged 57.67 they had their manager on duty call me scream that I never made a purchase and hung up on me......then the flowers showed up 9 days late





worse customer service ive ever seen do yourself a favor go somewhere else would give them a zero rating but it doesn't have that

First things first, the employees are RUDE (even the owner)!! My daughter ordered flowers for me two weeks before Valentines Day from an online site called 'fromyouflowers' (I wouldn't recommend them either) and they were sent to me a day late. She called the online sight and they said they would send me an 'apology' bouquet which did come later that day from another florist in the city. Besides the fact that the flowers from Granada Florist were late, they were already wilting and not even close to the bouquet my daughter had ordered and paid for online. She called the florist and a lady proceeded to ask her what she wanted her to do about it, they were wilted when they left the shop. She finally said that when she recieved new flowers on the following Monday that they would be picked up and replaced with a fresh bouquet. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!! So my daughter called again and was hung up on twice by the owner and another employee that laughed at her and said she was 'ridiculous' for thinking that they would do that after the order was cancelled from them and sent to another florist (only because the online site knew that they were late and not a good quality) needless to say the entire experience was a nightmare and all my family wanted to do was make my Valentines Day special, it was RUINED by these people and their unprofessionalism.

The 'one' star is onlu because it is required to rate the business and nothing less is allowed!!

For Valentines Day yesterday, my fiance ordered me a 2 dozen pink rose bouquet to be delivered to my work (which is down the street from Granada Floral). I never received my flowers until I got home last night and they were at my house. My fiance explained to me that they never delivered them to my job, so he had to drive from Piedmont all the way to the shop to pick them up. He has not been refunded delivery yet. When he asked them why I had not received my flowers they told him "she was not there and her co workers refused to sign for the flowers". 1, this is completely untrue, I was at work all day...even had my lunch at work. 2, why would any of my co workers "refuse" to sign for them. I have asked everyone and no body came by to make a delivery at any point during the day. I went ahead and even called our call center to make sure Granada has not called before delivery...they too had not received anything from them. Also, the flowers were not pink, they were mixed, still very pretty but that is not what he ordered. When you spend the kind of money on flowers that you do, you should get exactly what you ordered and it should be delivered on time. They did offer to him to send them the next day, but again, thats not what he wanted. So he picked them up himself. I feel this shop flat out lied and did not try to deliver the flowers at all. I just tried calling and when I asked for the Manager/Owner, rudely, I was told "uh, we are pretty busy right now, can I help you?". I told him no he can not and he just sat there so I then told him to take a message. I should not have to tell him how to do his job. We will never use Granada Floral again. They really should get it together.
