Forest Park Estates

I have lived at this place for over 15 years. Home is paid for. Lot fees keep going up. We had an increase due to the, "so called security cameras". My home was broken into. I called the office to see if they had anything on the camera. Guess what -- not working. Never had a problem at this park until the moved in the other trailer park that closed. They stuck trailers on top of each other. They are so close I do not feel comfortable opening my blinders anymore. I can reach. I use to have a nice spaces yard to mow and now when I walk out my back door my neighbors front door is right there. When I moved in here 15 years ago what a privilege it was to be living here. Top-notch maintenance staff and office management. This was not a Billy Bob trailer park for $99 a month. They took pride in who lived here. If I new I would be living on top of each other, I would have purchased land and had my trailer moved on it. If you want to buy a home from them, that is great but put in on a piece of land in the country. At least you will have your home and land paid for and not ever have to worry about your lot fee going up. One less bill to worry about. Just have to pay for utilities, taxes and upkeep. Please keep what I am telling you. By the time I turn 70 my lot fee will be over $500 dollars. That is crazy.

best place ever. everyone else posting on here have no idea what they are talking about. I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. If you inform them of repairs needed within the 14 days you are supposed to then they will get fixed. If you work with Charla she will work with you. The cameras do work and there is always security on the property. love this place....

Will take your money and lie to you face. What they call a remodel is a half as band-aid brokein fans out of date in every thing

I was lied to when i moved in here. I put 3000 down and was told how safe it is and they have security and surveillance. What a joke the cameras are not hooked up to monitor anything but their office. I was not told about the drug dealer next door and have had constant problems with them. I was defrauded from the word go. If i can find an attorney Id like to sue for fraud get my money back and let them have this crime infested place to move more drug dealers and felons in here. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOUHAVE CHILDREN

NOT EVEN 1 star. Worst Place ever. Was told one thing when we moved in and when it came time to do something about it; the story changed. The Sales Manager LAURA HAVERTY told us one thing- Even pretended to READ it directly from the lease. then when it came down to it the Manager CHARLA CARROLL said something totally different. That s what I call the ole BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT FOR ANY REASON CONSIDER THIS PLACE. They will LIE to your face. I will be going to see an attorney because of their SHADY practices.
