Nice vehicle, car was ready. I rented on my companies corporate account and we were billed for extra days. I had to place several calls with the Mgr. to explain that we were charged for extra days and to request that the billing be corrected. I spoke with the Mgr.-Devin last Friday and was advised that the card would be refunded. Today is Tuesday and the card still has not been refunded. I called to speak with the Mgr. and spoke with the Supv.-Brian, who called not tell me anything about the refund, nor look at my account. Each time I inquired about anything, he referred me to the Mgr. One would think a Supv. would at least offer to help and not be condescending... Disgusted and tired of calling. Great car rental if you don't have to deal with the Customer Service, or shall I say the Mgr. or Supv., because Christian and the other staff were professional and helpful.
