Dog Dynasty Grooming Salon

I just started taking my little schnauzer to Dog Dynasty. This is a very lovely person grooming dogs!. Her salon is clean and she is so willing to groom my dog to all my requests. My little girl shivered when we first arrived anticipating someone new but before I finished going over the grooming details, my little girl was jumping into her arms. She is very conveniently located and her prices are comparable to other dog groomers. Because it is a small salon, I like the fact that my little dog will be groomed by the same person each time. She offered a walk through her grooming and dog wash area. Her grooming skills were great and the finished cut was perfect. She had my dog finished at the time she said she would and when I picked her up she was very appreciative of my business! That's important to me.

We have given Dog Dynasty 3 tries. First time we were very pleased with the cut and timely manner that they had of getting our dogs groomed. We have since taken them 2 other times. Last time we dropped the dogs off at 11am and they didn't not get the dogs done until 6pm. We called several times to see if everything was okay and they continued to say that the dogs were fine they were just running behind. Went to get them at 6pm and they were still not done. Waiting 20-30 minutes there for them for finish. Decided to give them 1 more try. Today is the 3rd time to drop them off for a cut. Dropped them off at noon, called at 5:30 to see if they were ready. Told that they still have 2 dogs ahead of them and will not be done until around 7pm for a pickup. We are very unhappy with the having to plan our whole evening on when our dogs will be done. If they don't have time to do it and get it done on a timely manner, then they should not have scheduled us. Will not be using Dog Dynasty again

Took my dog to have nails trimmed today at this cute little groomer shop. The girls did a great job and were kind and gentle with an old dog.

First visit to dog dynasty was very happy with the staff and the thorough job that they did. Will return.

I called a few weeks ago and specifically asked if there were two groomers who could work on my girls at the same time they are old and I wanted them worked straight though I was told that there would be 2 groomers working on them the girl who took my call said her name was roxanne. I get there and there is only one groomer who's not the one who took my call and said she was the only one there for the day why was I told there would be two groomers. I was really mad I didn't get a call or anything by the other girl if she wasnt going to come in to her job in the middle of the week. How are people with older dogs who want them worked completely through supposed to bring in their dogs if there's just one groomer? I'm really unhappy about my experience I just want my girls to be home as soon as possible

This is the only shop that I will have my dog groomed at. The staff is friendly and professional. Their grooming is second to none. There is enough to properly handle your pets. It is a new shop and I'm sure as business grows it will be fully staffed.

I am a regular at Dog Dynasty, and the girl does a very good job. She looks very young, but my dog always comes out looking great so don't let that deter you. The only thing is there is only ever the one groomer when I go and it just seems like they could use a second groomer.

This place has some really great groomers. I had taken my dog elsewhere to be groomed beforehand, and they did not have the patience and and calm to finish her groom because she is aunry. They got her done, and were much much cheaper than anyone else has quoted me. Would recommend to anyone. Great groom for a very reasonable price.

Dog Dynasty was fantastic, they were all very friendly and personable. They did a wonderful job on my dog and i was comfortable leaving my baby there to get groomed. I wil continue to go to Dog Dynasty.

Definitely a great place to go! It's one of the newer grooming salons in the area, and it was so easy. They did exactly what I asked of them, and it turned out brilliantly! Anyone who doesn't come here, is definitely missing out on great prices and a great groom.

Dog Dynasty just opened up in my community so I decided to give them a try. They did a wonderful job on my Sissy (shih tzu). The management was very polite and friendly. Dog Dynasty will be seeing Sissy again very 6wks. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!
