i wnt to this dennys after the club, my date at that time asked the waitress who hardley cked on us for a side of shrimp which we have done many times before normally with no problem she brought this big plate, and that was it we got our tickett and instead of charging for a side she charged us for anther meal, this would not have been a problem however, we were not told she was going to charges us for a full meal, i also at that time had to get up from my table and get my own drink, the waitress at that time was to bizy flirting with the cook, to pay us any mind, we were there about an hour she only can to our table to take our order, bring the food and give us the tickett. When we discussed this matter of the poor service with the mnger, she refused and said it was our fault, said they dont have sides of shrimp and we were just stuck with the bill, she woulnt appolizie for the waitress poor service, we told her it wasnt an issue of the money trust me i have money, if was the fact we recived very poor service and wasnt told it i ask for a side she should have just said they dont have them there was no way for us to know after she took the menues until she gave us the ck. we would have been happy with just and apoligy from the mngr but that was beond her means, she profiled us and thought we jst wnted free food. when i asked this mnger after a few words for her mngrs number to some district mngr she just refused said it was non of our buiness. she new she was wrong i belive she may have evern been a bit racist! i would never go to this place again!! and recomend that no one else does either!
