The retail portion of David's is fully stocked and has helpful clerks. But the service department across the street is horrible. Once I found the Sea-Doo repair guy down the street (Dr Doo) I have had no problems with my PWC. He services them every year, honest, no surprises and appreciates his customers. I think many boat owners has discovered him because he is very busy this time of year. I try to take my boats to him before the Memorial Day holiday - after that, you will have to wait your turn... but he is worth waiting for - REALLY!!! You dont want to get out onto the water and find out something else is wrong with your boat that was ok before it went into the shop. Hmmmm ???

Customer service was NOT good.
Customer service was NOT good. I was told they had the part in stock but, once I drove 45 minutes to get there they said they didnt have the part NOR did they tell me they had it. So I tried to talk to the manager about the issue and he Basically wanted to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about. So Nothing good to say about them. Just FYI, the seadoo shop down the road Can help you and they appreciate the buisness. Good Day!
