Good service possible with great customer respect. I gave my van for transmission repair to Custom Transmissions shop in Oklahoma city , they were sure with how they gonna sort out the problem in their own methodology.
I was bit afraid of service charges which they gonna offer , but was more than excited with the less than expected charges.

I have been doing business with these folks for right at twenty years. They have done two transmissions for me and some repairs on others. I have sent friends there and I am always pleased. The last one I had repaired was just recently and brought it 400 miles for them to work on it. I have always been pleased. The front of the house is kind and courteous and the back of the house gets it out in a timely manner. Keep up the good work folks.

I brought my van in for an electrical transmission problem. I tried to tell Beverly the details of the problem. She didnt want to hear it. She said "the codes will tell us everything, they always do". The next day she said the tech retrieved several codes to include one that referenced an internal transmission failure. They wanted to do a complete rebuild of the tranny and replace the torque converter for $1800. After the rebuit tranny was installed they would know if the transmission computer was bad. But not until then. An additional $350-$600 for that. I picked up my van and took it to the dealership. In 4 hours they found a rubbing wire and fixed it. If Custom transmissions did what they wanted, I would be out a couple thousand dollars and still have a broke van. Dont go here!
