This place is great! Awesome customer service and a great selection.
My anniversary was last week and yes, I forgot, but a friend recommended Cowan's to me and they fixed me up with a 2 dozen rose arrangement that help me save face. They were beautiful. They were on time. And my wife loved them so much. I usually don't write reviews unless I feel they really deserve it. And Cowan's definitely deserves it!

Love this place! They always treat you like family and the owner always makes sure he takes care of your requests. They have some amazing designers all of my arrangements have been gorgeous. When my 6 year old niece had broken her arm I wanted to send her some flowers to help her feel better. When I went in I really didn't have any idea what kind of flowers to get her but the staff was very knowledgeable and showed me some beautiful flowers they had just made up that were available for me to choose from. They were able to deliver it that same day too! My niece absolutely loved them!!!! I will be using Cowan's from now on!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend for her birthday delivered to her work. She called me right after they were received to tell me thank you for the flowers she said they were the freshest and most beautiful flowers she has ever seen. Cowan's Rose Petal owners are the most professional, dependable people in OKC I have ever done business with. I would highly recommend them for all of your plant and floral needs. Bad Bad business, I order RED ROSE PLANT got PINK Camellias???? Do you guys really think we wont see the difference???? the hand writing was ridiculous, my six year old has better hand writing, what this people wrote was almost impossible to read and misspelled?

Ordered last minute flowers for a large catering on Valentine's day of all days. John was able to help me with over thirty floral arrangements with very little advanced notice. And me changing the number of arrangements three separate times. They were lovely, reasonably priced and delivered on time. Everyone complimented the look of the center pieces and how wonderful the room smelled. Will definitely use Cowan's again!

Never have had any problems with Rose Petal. Quite the contrary. Always professional, courteous, and helpful. Beautiful arrangements in their cooler to choose from to carry out or have delivered around town. Even helped with an arrangement to have wired cross country and never pressured me on any particular arrangement. They do get MY repeat business.

DO NOT use Cowan's Rose Petal City-Wide Florist for your Mother's Funeral or for any funeral!

Ordered PINK carnations. Got Blood-Red! My wife, family and I were shocked when 24 carnations arrived on a very small cross. My total cost was over $200.00. This was very unprofessional and inconsiderate the way this arrangement was made. I've told my family and friends in Oklahoma City Oklahoma to NEVER, NEVER use Cowan's. Cowan's should be more considerate, expecially at one's Mother's Funeral. Shame--Shame-Shame on you!!!!!! My sister-in-law got an arrangement, twice the size, half the price from HOWARD BROS. that was very professionally done. Highly recommend HOWARD BROS. in Oklahoma City, OK. I hope nobody is ever treated like we were at my Mother's Funeral by Cowan's Rose Petal City-Wide Florist with such terrible merchandise.

I had forgotten to place an order for a friends funeral spray. When no other florists were open, they had their phones transfered and took my order, and assured me it would be beautiful and out the next morning. Thanks!

I chose Cowan's Rose Petal because of the other reviews. I had to order floral arrangements from my office for a co-workers funeral. That was very difficult to do but John was very patient with me as we discussed what I wanted. I even had to call back twice to make minor changes but no problem they did everything I asked. I would deffinately recomend Cowan's Rose Petal for any floral arrangements you need.

I interviewed several florists for wedding flowers and was shocked by their prices. Additionally, I felt that rather than listening to what I wanted, most florists attempted to push me towards traditional flowers, i.e. roses and calla lillies. Cowan's is the only place where I didn't feel like I was being pushed into options I didn't like. Instead, she went through the book and showed me other unusual flowers that were similar to what I had told her I liked. I was concerned because they were so much cheaper but the quality did not suffer. I would suggest this place to anyone. The small shop really cares about its customers and you won't find better prices. (I was a total pain, changing my mind frequently on a pretty large order, and they were so nice and still delivered great flowers that I wanted!)

Cowans is the best when it comes to floral arrangement for those loved ones that have passed on to the next life.

This business has so many costumes to choose from. They have every type and era that I asked for. Their costumes were clean and smelled good, so much better than other rental companies. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend them to all my friends.
