My wife and I have been banking with CopperMark for a couple of years now and love it. We previously banked at BOA and hated their customer service, so we made the switch. Hands down Coppermarks customer service is the best in person and over the telephone. This weekend I called in because I forgot my password for our banking online and the representative (named chase I believe) was very curtious and took the time to help me. He asked me to try to get in before we hung up because he wanted to make sure I got in and wow! Im sure glad he suggested that because I flubbed it up again. If I had done that at BOA the representative would have gotten an attitude, but this rep never once made me feel bad and walked me through it a second time and had a pleasant conversation with me through out the call. It's rare to find a customer service that actually cares and isn't trying to rush you off the phone and make you feel dumb. I highly recommend this bank to everyone! Local banks like Coppermark are the best for genuine customer care!
