Worst mover ever!!! First they disconnected my fridge w/o turning off the water! Next they DROPPED MY WASHER FROM THE TRUCK!!!! When we got to my new house they wanted $135 more than they quoted me. They said it would take twice as long to unload as it did to load and while I went to the ATM to get the cash they sat on their asses! In the end they offered me $20 for my damaged washer!
I am a single mother and they just took advantage of me. All I can say is NEVER use them!
You tell many lies. We moved all your good which filled up a 26' truck load from your house to another house upstairs without any problem. The washer mistakenly fell from the dolley. There was no damage to the washer You didn't have enough money to pay at the end and you had a distasteful attitude. We quoted you an hourly rate. And we charged you for the number of hours it took to get the job done. You lied that you didn't have any stairs when you did. You also said all your appliances were disconnected but your fridge and washer and dryer was not disconnected. You had nothing packed. We had to pack your goods before loading consequently taking time. When you went to the ATM to get more money, you locked your door so we could not continue to unload. This is a case of you wanting the movers to work for free. We are professional movers not slaves.
The convenient movers were definitely on point. Quick and very helpful. Took extra care with the furniture and even set my corner desk and bedroom furniture back up. Thanks fellas!

The movers were courteous and moved all of my furniture in one trip. The total time it required for the move was less than I expected. I highly recommend them and will use them on my next move.

They were told time after time to put padding between items, not to let metal and wood rub on each other. Told to put protection around furniture. As a result several items were scratched, damaged and broken. When we tried to talk to them about cover the repairs they keep saying that it was the driver of the trucks fault not theirs. Take pictures before, during and after! They may be an affordable price up front, but it will cost you in the end.
We arrived early and began loading the rented uhaul truck in a timely fashion. Customer did not rent any of the required equipment from uhaul (mover grade pads, dolly, tie downs etc)The customer was very satisfied at the completion of the job and requested an additional hour of our time. Her driver ran over a curb in the first 2 minutes in the truck. The customer said "i hope he didn't damage anything" Customer completed our END-OF-JOB SURVEY and signed saying she was very satisfied and had no complaints.We didn't hear of any problems until a week later when the truck was in Texas. We don't know who drove the truck, nor do we know who unloaded the truck, we don't know what damage was done incured during the travel or unloading. We do know the complains are being made by the customers daughter who was not present while the loading took place. This is a simple case of finger pointing after the fact.
These were the best movers i have ever used. They did the job well and nothing was broken or scratched. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future. Thank you.

I booked this mover after explaining what items I had 2 weeks in advance. Two days before the move, he never heard of me. He lost his appt book. Then it was then he told me he just had a 14 ft truck which is big enough to move a few large items but not a 1100 sq ft condo. It was too late to book another mover, so he charged me double and while driving he continued to charge. He showed up with NO PADS in fact, stole an antique quilt from me along with a foam king size crate I use for my bed. Now he has 2 pads. He damaged every antique piece of furniture. He broke some handles off my Hooiser Cabinet. I called, my step father called, and a friend called to talk to him several times in fact, but he won't return the calls. He says he is licensed and bonded, and that, I will find out next week. I have many options as well as to report this to the authorities as theft. I just realized last week when I unpacked my items, that the quilt was gone. If I was a business person who intened to make a career of this, asking for money up front, and not returning calls would not be what I call an exceptional business tactic. Pretending to be bonded and NOT, is a criminal offense. I would think this mover would return my call, settle the discreptancies, and learn from this. Legal action should not have to take place, but if this is the way to do his business, then I will proceed legally by calling the right authorities.
This lady Kathy Hughes is a scam artist and has a history of trying to scam businesses for her financial gain. A search on her past history reveals a negative and very violent person. The men worked hard and completed the 7 hour job of helping her load, haul and unload her property without anything damaged. She and her step father were present and the men were paid only after the job was completed. So if all her furniture was damaged, how come it was not an issue at the time the job was done? She called 1 month later using derogatory and racial slurs about how she wanted the company to pay for all her furniture (which will never happen since nothing was damaged) She may be prosecuted by the DA'S office.
