Bob Mills Furniture Co., L.L.C. opened its doors for business on July 3, 1971. Currently, Bob Mills Furniture has five locations, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Texas, Lubbock, Texas, Odessa, Texas and Temple, Texas. Plans are currently in the works to open a sixth store in Waco, Texas.  The main headquarters is located in Oklahoma City and serves as a distribution center for its other stores. The company employs over 250 employees with some being with the company for over 25 years. Bob Mills Furniture is always looking for talented, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team and be a part of the Bob Mills Furniture family.

Overall

Last year we bought a living room furniture group and still love it as much as the day we bought it. The service we received was prompt, friendly and professional.



We went back a few weeks ago and got the Bed test. We got matched to a Dormeo Couture mattress and moved our Tempurpedic to the guest room. It has officially been two nights of sleeping in heaven. Purchase number two and Bob Mills knocked it out of the park again. I'm a happy customer.

I bought a sofa, love seat, recliner, and dining room table from Bill Mills and my service was good until I received the furniture. The table legs were damaged and it has been over two months and the legs are still on back order. The sofa was also defective and the reclining part of the sofa would not latch. Bob Mills attempted to deliver the sofa 4 more times and every time the sofa had the same defect. I was informed by Bob Mills that all the sofas in their stock were the same way. After this many attempts to get a good piece of furniture, I just wanted Bill Mills to take it back. Bob Mills said there would be a restocking fee for them to take back the delivered broken furniture and I would still have to pay for shipping. I have called Bob Mills 2 to 3 times a week to resolve these issues. I keep getting the run around and keep being told that someone will call me back, which has still not happened after 10 weeks. I would not buy anything from them again because once Bob Mills Has your money they don’t care.

Don't buy a mattress here!

They don't have a warranty. You pay $1,000 and it doesn't even last 2 years. They blame it in their manufacturers so they don't have to stand behind a warranty!

I had the worst experience purchasing a mattress and bed frame the other day. The salesman, "doctor", and "pillow bartender" we're extremely misleading on how much things were actually going to cost... So, after spending about $3000 I asked to by a duvet off one of the show beds, and they tried to charge me $400.... Suck it guys....

I recently purchased a Futura ...

I recently purchased a Futura Canyon leather sectional that was over $3k. After getting it home, the leather seemed thin and cheaply made, frankly it felt fake, and it didn't even smell like leather! The seats sunk in sloppily and the seat cushions tried to slide off the front when you sat down. After exactly 3 weeks, I was fed up. I have tried to call and speak to the sales mgr, Josh, who basically said I was stuck with this purchase, that their return rule was 5 days, no exceptions. $3K!!! I asked him for the opportunity to at least exchange this huge purchase. He is supposed to return my call. I will post an update when he does. I am a single mother who works and goes to school full time and this is not a purchase I feel good about.

***UPDATE. According to Josh the "Sales Manager", he "did me a favor" to not charge me the restocking fee the last time I followed all the rules and exchanged a purchase withing 5 days, but now he "will" charge me, as if it's his arbitrary decision to make. I wonder how many Bob Mills customers have paid a delivery and restocking fee because Josh didn't feel good that day? It would be $147 for delivery, and the "restocking fee" for the exchanged set is $265, so we are talking $412 dollars to obtain satisfaction for my purchase. When I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that his name was Trey Morris, but that Trey would not help me at all, that he will not want to even do the exchange since I am out of my 5 day rule. I believe that Bob Mills Furniture is fully capable of exchanging my purchase for $0, but they are choosing to make it difficult and expensive for me to do so in the hopes that I will go away. This is my 4th furniture purchase from this store and I will never purchase anything or recommend Bob Mills Furniture again. In just a 3 week time, I have a $3k dollar debt for a shoddy sofa, no refunds, and no exchange. Thanks Bob Mills. This is a terrible way to do business.

Bob Mills takes no returns on special orders!

Special orders are not allowed to be returned - be careful when you order. Have them give you their warranty in writing and don't sign anything unless you have your lawyer read it!

Looks are very deceiving

Just moving to OKC and needing to furnish my entire house, we went to Bob Mills (B M). After having my beautiful furniture in my home about a month the sofa cushions started sagging the pillows started frayng and the out line of the springs in the back of the sofa and loveseat were visible because of the droopy packing. The pillows that were large and decorative were good for one thing and that was to hide the sagging back. Oh they sent someone out to replace all the old looking cushions and fraying pillows.but in the mean time our dinnet table and chairs which looked quite sturdy proved to be any thing but. While sitting at my new table in one of my new chairs, the chair came apart sending me crashing to the floor causing bruising and swelling to my body, not good at 62. I called the store and made the incident known to a few people and not one worker I talked with asked if I was alright. wow, should I have been surprised? New to OK (1 month) and no insurance I have my first hospital emergency room medical bill, thanks B M. I wont even talk about the bedroom set, what's the use so I'll just encourage you to be careful where you shop. What's behind a pretty or handsome smile or shall I say a good looking piece of furnture, wise shoppers should realy want to know especially during economic times like these. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure Bob Mills have some good stuff, it just never made it to my home.

I was in the market for a matt...

I was in the market for a mattress recently and stopped in to look. The sleep spa and the commercials with the blonde back Dr. are a joke. I was not impressed with the prices or the quality of some of the mattresses. The entire place has a trailer furniture feel to it and I was just not inclined to purchase anything in this store! After shopping several other stores in the metro I settled on a much smaller store with as good or better prices. The quality and selection was just as good and the sales person was not as "pushy". A big store, TV advertising and a rented blonde Doctor????? do not always make for the best deal in furniture, bedding or anything else. It usually means the store is desperate to make a sale to pay for it all and that is exactly the impression I got from your store Mr. Mills.

We had a great experience with you. Our saleslady didn't rush us even though it was closing time about 15 minutes after we got there. Everyone in the store was very friendly.
