CAUGHT THEM ONLY PUTTING 1 COAT ON MY LOT WHEN THE BILL WAS FOR 2 COATS. THEN THE SUPERVISOR LIED ABOUT DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AND HOW MANY COATS WAS ON LOT, LOOKED BACK AT VIDEO OF MY LOT AND ONLY 1 COAT WAS INSTALLED. THE OWNER ALWAYS BRINGS A EMPLOYEE TO DO HIS TALKING. THE ESTIMATOR USED PROFANITY AT ME WHEN ALL I WAS DOING WAS TRYING TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE OWNER LET HIM USE THE BAD LANGUAGE, I HAD TO THROW THE ESTIMATOR OUT OF MY BUSINESS. HAVE USED THEM FOR 20 YEARS AND THEY USE TO BE GOOD. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN THEY COME BACK.

Once we became aware there was an issue with the workers we solved the problems. There was no profanity used. Although all issues were addressed or being addressed the customer unfortunately had been misinformed about the use of concrete around a gas meter. So the conversation she is referring too it had been stated she was not paying so it did get heated. The simple fact is companies hire employee and send them out to do work we cannot be everywhere and we would like to trust our employees. IN this case she was correct and we took proper measures to correct the damage to a gate and place a second coat of sealer.
