We had been using another accountant for years, but she retired. I saw the review for Ben and liked the fact that he answered questions about our taxes on the phone. Our old accountant wouldn't do that! Should've changed sooner! Ben was great! Will be using him this year, but not next, since we moved to another state

Ben was recommended to us by a friend. He got us back more money than we expected. For a busy accountant, he took his time with us and answered our questions and concerns. We never felt rushed. When the IRS had a question about one 1099, he informed us, we both agreed it was not our mistake and he responded to them for us. We later got a letter from IRS stating the issue is no longer a concern to them. We will use Ben again this year.
