Bellevue Health & Rehabilitation Center

Our mom is a long-term resident of this facility and has been receiving WONDERFUL care! The owners and staff are truly dedicated to their residents and any concerns or questions about our mom's care have always been answered and addressed immediately and with the highest respect for her and our family. We would recommend them over and over again!

My mom has lived at Bellevue for over a year, they take great care of her and she seems to like it there. They are constantly making improvements to the interior and exterior of the building, new carpet, flooring, etc.

I was a former patient of Bellevue Health and Rehab of okc. I have been a resident at this institution a total of 5 times over a two year period. The nursing staff was so caring for me, the last time I was there it was about seven weeks. The nursing staff and aides there were always improving and were so caring and wonderful. I was so impressed every time I had to do any rehabilitation there. The way the therapist treat the patients is truly outstanding and the therapy I received while being there every time hands down beAt any of the other places I have been in town. This is a true A plus facility. All of the staff including the office staff and owners alwYs treated me and my family that came to visit like we were part of there family. Thank you Bellevue for always taking care of me.

Mom was in pretty bad shape upon arrival. She could not stand alone due to inadequate care at a prior rehabilitation facility. We were told at Bellevue "We will get her back to her condition prior to her surgery". The building is an older building, but the staff inside was golden. As soon as mom pressed the call light, they were there within 30 seconds. (they have what I call "hall monitors" sitting in the hallway, just watching call lights and they immediately jumped when she called). Mom had incontinence the first few days. It can be humiliating for the patient, but the staff was kind, and assured her 'it's ok! We are here to help you! Call on us anytime!' The staff was encouraging, but not pushing beyond her limits. The administrator, Heather, made rounds every morning to check on the patients. Mom became stronger and stronger, emotionally and physically, under the care at Bellevue. Mom did not participate in the structured activities, as therapy wore her out! She was aware of activities offered, but chose to rest when she could. The food was ok. The portions were large, and nutritious. Her main complaint was "so much turkey is served, and no fresh fruit". But, that was minor compared to the care she received. (We brought her food from outside on occasion and the staff welcomed the fact she had an appetite!) After 6 weeks, she was able to walk with a walker, quite a distance, and completed all the goals the therapists set for her. Laundry service is part of the package, which I gladly accepted, so I didn't have to do it 2-3 times a week. After returning to her home, she is continuing to do the exercises she learned at Bellevue, to keep getting stronger. After so many horrific stories concerning nursing facilities, this was a breath of fresh air. I could rest assured mom was getting top notch care. I didn't have to be there every day to check on her. I am so thankful for Bellevue, their administrative staff, their nurses, their therapists, their support staff, everyone you come in contact with has a smile. You can tell they truly enjoy serving others.

My dad was placed in Bellevue over four years ago expecting to pass away at any time. The exceptional nurses, physical therapists, aides and staff have nourished him back to a happy, content 91 year old. The facility is always clean and staffed by a caring owner . Owners and staff are compassionate, caring and loving people. I would not choose anywhere else.

My Mother-in Law and my Brother-in-Law were both residents at Bellevue Health & Rehabilitation. My Mother-in-Law was a resident for over five years due to a massive stroke and my Brother-in-Law for over 2 years due to advanced COPD. In all categories, Bellevue was excellent. The staff was attentive, They handled all medication issues from ordering to administering. The food was exceptional. The food staff was available to prepare special meals when needed. The staff at Bellevue was outstanding. In fact, my wife pays frequent visits to Bellevue to visit with the personnel who cared for both members of our family.

This facility has changed my opnion of nursing homes for the better!

I have had my dad and father-in-law at Bellevue. Both received excellent and friendly care and therapy. The same family has owned and managed the place for decades and they are even there on weekends. I heard many staff members have been employed for a very long time and I know that speaks highly of Bellevue's management and care. There are a lot of activities and the food is great. There is a restaurant sized menu and people can order anything they want... whenever they want. I highly recommend Bellevue.

My father-in-law was in Bellevue Health & Rehab Center. It was wonderful and helped him with his needs. The caregiving was good and came highly recommended from other people. The grounds were very nice and the location was very easy to access. The pricing was reasonable. We had a great experience there.

This is a great home. The place is clean and the staff shows a genuine concern for the residents. The place is owned by one family and there is always an owner on site. I have been in several nursing homes and this one is by far the best.

My mother spent 2 weeks in Bellevue's rehabilitation center after knee replacement surgery. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of her care from beginning to end. The facilities were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff and owners did everything to make her feel welcome and at home. The nurses and physical therapists were all very friendly, encouraging and genuinely cared about her recovery. The food was great and they even gave her a bath everyday. One of the family members on staff came by and checked on my mom at least once a day and if she requested anything extra, they made sure it was taken care of. When she left Bellevue she was well on her way to full recovery and felt confident that she could manage at home. I would recommend Belleve to anyone!

I would definitely recommended Bellevue to anyone!! Friendly professional staff that went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was taken care of while she was there after her fall. I hope that she never should need them again but if she does I would definitely send her back to Bellevue!

My great-aunt had to go to Bellevue for a few weeks after a bad fall where she broke her foot. When I went to visit her, she was very happy with her room and the staff. She really enjoyed getting to go play bingo with a lot of the other ladies and a few gentlemen who were also staying there. She really loved her physical therapist who got her back up on her feet and back to her home very quickly. This was a really good place to have her go to to get better.

I've been a client at Bellevue since 2008. I've been treated for neck and back pain by the chiropractors even done massage on occasion. After three years in a row of failed weight loss resolutions I met with the natural pathic doctor and lost 42 lbs in 2 months on the HCG diet. With some education and only a few diet changes, I've kept it off for over two years now. Also referred co-workers and family, all have been happy with the services so far.

My mother and I struggled with placing my father in any facility but we were no longer able to care for him at home. We have had an amazing experience and Bellevue has been our saving grace! The staff really cares about him and my mom who visits almost every day. He likes the food, people and the activities. I could not more thankful for this facility and it comes with my highest recommendation!

We placed our mother at Bellevue after a surgery. She spent 4 weeks with them and absolutely loved every thing from the staff, the food, the cleanliness and the administration. She was treated like a Queen from the moment she was wheeled through the doors and we are so thankful for the excellent care. Our mother is back at her independent living center but she has made it clear to us kids that when she is no longer to live on her own that we better reserve a room for her at Bellevue!
