My car broke down in Midwest City. I called Arrow but accidently gave them the wrong address. They called me back and then came very quickly. The driver was curtious, friendly, and professional. He delivered my car and me safely to our home 32 miles in the country. And at a very fair price. I was very satisfied with the service and will call them again if needed.

My car was stolen then recovered 3 days later. I received a call from the OKC officer stating Arrow was taking it to their yard, 16 blocks away mind you. I called the next morning and was informed of a 142.00 tow charge. So let's get this straight. We're victimized by thieves then the same occurs from the towing company 7 hours later?? You should be proud of yourselves. You're price gouging and it's sickening. You're standard tow charges are a solid $35.00 more than anyone in the city, Call anyone but Arrow! Save yourself money!!

Arrow Wrecker Service took excellent care of my car after it was totaled and I was injured. They took care of all paperwork for me, auctioned it for me, and took care of my stuff that was in it. I'm very thankful for the staff and their kindness. They also helped me with other things related to the accident. Thanks, Arrow.

Arrow has taken great care of this family for years. Once, a number of years ago, to take care of a car that needed auctioning. And, recently after my son's car was hit by someone. He was bleeding and injured, so all I did was call Arrow and they took care of the car. I was able to leave the car there and go to the emergency room with my son. Then, they helped us with the paperwork, they protected his valuables in the car, and they were kind and understanding.

GREAT HELP! Arrow was helpful and kind after my son's car got totaled. We couldn't take care of anything at that moment, because we went to the emergency room with him. Arrow took care of everything for us. They were understanding, patient, and took great care of our son's stuff in their car.

I wanted to do a shout out for the owners and staff at Arrow Wrecker Service. My son's car was hit by another driver - and totaled! He was bleeding all over and went to the emergency room. Needless to say, I was busy taking care of James. All I did was call Arrow and they took good care of everything for us. They helped us know what paperwork to do and talked to me about options. Thanks a lot - you guys did a great job.

I recently had my car wrongfully towed (and when I say wrongfully I mean it was actually illegal for the private citizen to call to have it towed by city ordinance) and it just so happened it was Arrows that towed me. I came back to find my car was missing and tracked it back to Arrows. They towed my car from a parking lot that was less than 1 mile from their establishment. They had a choice, charge me hourly or by the mile. Considering the car is tiny, a Scion Xd, and a simply tow, you would think they would be understanding of a mistake. They were not. According to their representative who was working the night of September 15, 2013, a large man with a beard, their boss informs them to charge the higher rate when possible. So, rather than charge us by the mile and saving us about $40, they charge us hourly. The final cost was just shy of $200 for a job that was less than a mile from their shop.

The car they towed belonged to a nurse who works with disabled and many critically ill children. She makes decent money but as most of us would agree, we don't have an extra $200 to throw around. She was very emotional and I was very straight forward with them as she had to sign the papers and pay the money. We were towed, but that wasn't enough, they had to scrounge every little dollar they could from a helpless person. A person who is a nurse, who may take care of their kids in the future, she may even take care of their kids now. She may take care of that big man working the night shift on September 14th. And still, no leniency. They made their money. This place is selfish and inhumane in the way they treat people. Please consider using a different towing service if at all possible. Thank you.

They have HORRIBLE customer service. I had to hang up because the woman that answers the phone does not know how to talk to people politely. I would NOT call the tow company!

I was in a car wreak and all my stereo equipment was either broken from it being bolted down or stolen. My money was taken. Please search their name on face book and ask them to return or pay me for my things this truck was giving to me when my father past and I was hit in a head on collision and lost it all . When i went down to retrieve my things they were gone. It would really mean a lot to me"

They towed her car and stole her things! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Arrow is the best. You always know what to expect...no surprises; drivers are courteous, the equipment is the best, so no worries about your vehicle.



They towed my Jeep once and even took me by the bank on the way to cash a check. I was a couple of dollars short and the driver helped me out, temporarily.



The auction is good, Robert Hawks is funny and the food is good.
