Applebee's

I shouldn't have even given them one star. We had horrible service my entire meal came out cold. I had ribs and fries. They brought me some more and the plate was hotter than the french fries. Plus my friends food tasted funny. And we also got dirty silverware. And the manager was just like oh well no big deal. I will not be back!!!!

Went to Applebee's on s. 3rd on mothers day. The place was not super busy, didn't have ot wait to be seated. It took our server about 5 minutes before he came to table. He did not ask if we wanted any appetizers to start with. We ordered the sirlone dble wiskey steaks, one medium and one medium rare. The medium was well done. The rare was medium. Both were tough. Manager took them back and gave us 2 more. Asked for both to be medium rare this time. One was the other was more to the done side. Husbands was fine. Mine was tough again. could only eat about half of it. Flavor was good. Manager was very appologetic for it and did not charge us for steaks. When done Ken, the server did not offer us dessert either. He just brought us the bill. I believe Ken is in the wrong business and they need a cook that know's how to cook steaks. Manager was good though.
