        I love Allied Alarms. There are live people answering the phone 24/7, and the manager, James, is always there to help you through any problem. I called one night after midnight because my alarm started beeping. I called the office and a man called me back, but was short with me. I called James on his cell (he gives it to all his customers), I could hear his baby in the background, that I likely woke up by ringing his phone. He was so patient and talked me through shutting my alarm off, then showed up 45 minutes later to put a new battery in. He said he knew I wouldn't feel safe through the night without my alarm set and he just couldn't have that. You just can't find that kind of service anymore. I recommend Allied if you are needing an alarm.- I was trying to update this but can't without losing my previous review. I wrote it a few years ago and just recently received a letter that they have sold this company to Guardian Security. I don't know yet if I would recommend them. I am hoping they keep the managers and continue to answer the phones with a live person.
