I took my dog there to get a hair cut for the summer. I picked her up and they told me how good and well behaved she was. By the next morning, my dog was totally listless and had no energy at all. She wouldn't eat and you could tell something was very wrong with her. I took her to the vet and she had over 104 fever (a dog's temp should be around 101) and they said she had a RAGING infection behind her ear because they had cut her so bad. While looking closely at her, they found 9 other smaller nicks and she had razor burn on her tummy. Since this was the first time i had ever had her shaved, i didn't know what her normal skin color would be. Well, it was totally red on her belly. She was in bad shape. It took about 3 days and an overnight stay at the vet for continous fluids and antibiotics for her to get better. I can't believe how awful this place is!

I took my cat there today and although it was reasonably priced ($45 for shave and bath), they nicked her in several areas. When I picked her up, the lady at the front desk said, "she is so not happy" because she was meowing and hissing at them. When I noticed the cuts and how she was reacting, I wondered what they did to her behind closed doors (which was about 2 1/2 hours!). I couldn't wait to get her home, she was so scared. I will never take her back there again.

I used this place twice and both time my dog got cut. Once I had to take him to get stiches. I will never go back there.
