great. On 7-28-16 my mother and i were traveling west bound on I-40, just before the lawton exit onto I-44. We had a flat tire and I was trying to reach my husband. When officer Walters, badge #714, came to our assistance. The temperature that day was about 100 degrees so he insisted that we both stay in the car, because my mother is 70 something and I'm handicapped. After several tries to replace the tire, including several issues like part of the jack was missing. He finally got the spare on. This took approx. 1 how to complete. I know he was sweating profusely and extremely uncomfortable. Yet he persisted until the job was done. He could have stopped anytime after the first try since my husband was on his way. But he insisted. I feel that officer Walters went far and beyond to help out 2 little ladies. If there was a way to send a lunch or dinner card, I would. Thank u officer Walters
I messed up my package shipping and rushed there at quarter to seven. Rachel was so very helpful and nice...saved my day. Trisha too. Because of me though, a mean lady in pink behind me yelled at Rachel. But Rachel handled the lady with such professionalism that the lady said nice things to her before leaving. I really hope these two are commended or rewarded somehow. They are definitely my UPS hero's after a very long, difficult day!!!!!!! SIX STARS FOR RACHEL AND TRISH AT UPS ON PORTLAND AVE OFF OF I40!!!! THANK YOU SO,SO MUCH!
I was in the UPS store on last Friday. to pick up a package. I also watched the customer rep. man serve a customer so wonderful. he was so polite and handled all of the elder gentleman's Christmas (i think) packages with extra care! That is the most exceptional service that I have seen in awhile. Great to still know there are no commission and sales happy customer service reps. Visit this store soon!! If you have any Holiday or Business packages to send asap!!!
