Joe's is one of my favorite hangouts ! They are a local coffee shop with a quirky style , friendly people and "Crazy Good Coffee" . Go in any evening and join in a game of Uno , work a jigsaw with new found friends , or curl up on the couch with a book . They also offer free wifi , bottomless coffee and tea cups and some of the best coffees, lattes , and chai teas you will ever have . For the truly brave there is the "Death By Espresso" which is a "Frozen Joe " , only for those who LOVE coffee ! Its a hidden delight in the unincorporated area of OKC known as Valleybrook , and on the walls you will find artistic shots of valleybrook , the furniture is worn , right out of grandmas house !

Hogwash Cafe is Oklahoma Citys newest Biker bar with all the amenities of a uptown resturant, including off track betting, full bar and an award wining Chef concocting delicacies in the resturant. There is a wide range of clientel, from full sleeved bikers to grandma and pop, with a few suited businessmen sprinkled in. The atmosphere is homey with the log cabin building and the waitresses are, lets say, candy for the guy's eyes. The off track betting runn 7 days a week and until late into the evening. Live entertainment is done Fridays and weekends, featuring some of OKCs best local bands. What more is there to say, other than its a hell of a good time with good food and good company!
The food is really good at this restaurant. The service is decent overall. They include chips and dip when you buy a meal. It is cheaper to eat there on weekdays during lunch. On the weekend it is about $11 per person. I think the price is worth it. It is a fun place to go. I like the lunch fajitas. I like their tortillas. I have bought a dozen of them before for around $3. It is nice to have fresh made tortillas when I want to cook at the house. Overall not perfect but a pretty good place to eat.
I have been going to the Red Cup Coffeeshop since it opened over 13 years ago. I have never been bored. They have music (some great, some good and some so-so) 3 nights a week (Thurs, Fri, Sat.). Those are the nights they are open until 10 pm. Come by for coffee and a breakfast burrito on Sat. and Sun. mornings and join us for talk and lots of laughter. They have a special every week day. Always vegetarian and usually great. Ask when they do the soul food special. It is awesome.
Great coffee! The "Wake Me Up!" is especially good with white chocolate and whip cream. Mmmmmmm. Each month they allow a different artist to display their work. Great service, comfortable seating, nice mellow music, and great staff that can make any kind of coffee or tea you like. Plus, they have PIE, cookies and cupcakes. It’s like Cuppies and Joes but better.
Love the coffee and atmosphere! Great staff willing to go the extra mile to provide fantastic service. Wide varieity of coffee and other drinks make this a well rounded place to get a caffine fix or to try something new. Much better than a large 'chain' coffee shop and the prices are much better too! This is a must visit when you are in Midwest City!
My boyfriend & I were visiting from Ohio on business. We did not order food, but enjoyed more than a few beers while playing darts. There are two floors & being a Monday evening, we had the dart board to ourselves while playing the electronic jukebox. I have never had as much in one night. Love Tapwerks!!!!!
An old timey ice cream parlour and sandwhich shop in the original 1920's era building. Ice cream still made on premesis from the original formula's. Beautiful tile work, bar and stained glass. The food and service are good. At lunch there is often live music. Saturday's music is from 11:30 to 2 or 3pm.
OMG so good, the food is awesome, the atmosphere is even better. They have fun specialty cocktails you have to try (The Gator). After dinner we sat outside to listen to the band playing across the river and enjoyed another drink and some dessert. A must when you are visiting Bricktown!
I ate here for years the food Was always good. If there was an issue they corrected it promptly. pricing was fair for the kind of establishment it was. Unfortunately the owners decided to retire from the business and this place is closed
