The company seemed good enough. Repairs were minor to the rental I live in. My problem was more with the home owner. H4L listed our house with access to the neighborhood pool. Last year when I went to use the pool I found out that you have to get a key which is provided once the HOA dues have been paid. I spoke with the president of the HOA and he informed me that the dues had not been paid. I emailed the office and spoke with the front desk several times last year between the months of May and July about the home owner not paying his dues for us to use the pool. Well finally the dues were paid but the pool was closed. I was very upset. My family paid our rent on time, have had no complaints, very minor maintenance issues. But yet our rent increased. We signed an extension on for 4 months, rent increased by $25. If my math is correct you multiply that by 12 and the dues should be covered. With a possible chance to renew for another year the home owner asked to increase my rent again. The owner didn't raise the rent for tax purposes since his taxes decreased by $40 so that can't be the reason. I can't imagine that Homes 4 lease has increased the price of their services in the last 6 months. So why must my rent increase? With hopes to use the pool this year, I started contacting the HOA again several times. He once again confirmed the dues had not been paid. I contacted the office again several times. The owner stated he needed an invoice. I forwarded the contact information to the HOA so he could get that. As of the 30th of May those dues have not been paid and the pool once again is open but unavailable.
I want to first off say the people at malones are top notch and have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Thank you all for your hard work.... Some of us, the ones without chips on our shoulders, apperciate all tou do.... Now id like to say.... I do not appreciate people assuming that these individuals are prejudice against blacks because you disnt get a call back.... Which is also hard for me to believe!!!! So back on subject , assuming.... that's exactly what your doing and irs disgusting!!!! When a statement is made from someone in this magnitude you'd better have proof instead of assumptions because you didn't get a call back! This is the most ridicules thing I have heard in a very long time! I'm sick to death of that card, the prejudice card, being used and without factual proof STOP accusing people of crap like this.... This kind of crap always comes from those usually wanting something for free and this kind of crap and false accusations like these should be punishable by jail time!!!! Keep your mouths shut and your false accusations to yourselves because honestly most people are sick to death of hearing "oh poor me, I'm treated so bad because of the color of my skin".... Excuses.... That's all crap like this is.... Excuses for poor and ignorant behavior....
We are very pleased with the EXCELLENT care our mother has received by Petra and her company for nearly a year. Loving, attentive caregivers are not the easiest to find, especially when your loved one has special and sometimes difficult needs 24/7. Petra kept working with us until we were able to get a couple of great caregivers to live with our Mom. These caregivers are able to understand not only our mother's needs, but also have blended in with our large extended family. We have tried other companies and we understand we as a family have responsibility to work with the caregivers and the company as well. We strongly recommend A Better Way of Care for your loved one. Petra will work with you to find the right caregiver(s) and will not give up trying. She and her company are truly very special.
I have rented from this company for a year now my lease is up and they are allowing me to go month to month without raising my monthly rent like a lot of complexes would. While the other tenants say they cant be contacted... I have the head maintenance man and the wife of the owner, Peggy, cell numbers. Anytime ive called they answer. I havent had any actual issues everything worked great in my apartment and continues to. They havent ever lost my rent and they are always willing to work with me when im late. The owner even allowed me to void the late fee because my brother cut back the trees on our property. I havent ine issue with them, they maintain the property well and are always friendly when you go to their office.
i really love you people in Providence. I don't write so good anymore but you have helped me probably more than you really know. i have a hope that i haven't had in 20 years again. i know you are doing a job but i count you as my friends. i hope other folks get to know and experience all your kindness and caring and compassion and love. you all spend more time with me than i deserve and i am so very greatful. if any folks get to read what i am saying believe it to be the truth. i see other folks already wrote about their kindness and they is right. my friends at Providence never looked down on me - in fact, i always feel like i'm a queen when i am with them. there is a special place for all you people.

I lived on a property that had been taken over by this company, and they not only cleaned it up but they got rid of all the bad tenants on the property. The management was awesome and tried to do things to get neighbors acquainted. They opened the pool which had not been opened in quite sometime! They had on site maintenance, security, and the grounds weren't littered with trash anymore! I would recommend any property ran by this company!!
