I have purchased several guns from Big Boys and highly recommend them, especially for NEW guns. However. . .you need to understand their 3 main rules of business which are printed in tiny print on your sales receipt. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . First. . .ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL. They are dead serious about this. Even if the gun does not fire at all or blows up in your face, you will not get your money back. At most they might let you trade the gun in on a different gun and give you a credit of 75 - 80 percent of what you paid for the first gun. . . Second. . .ALL FIREARMS ARE WARRANTED BY THE MANUFACTURER ONLY. If you buy a NEW gun from a company like Glock, S & W, or Ruger, then you should have no problem getting a defective gun repaired by the factory. However, if you buy a new AK-47 that is imported by some outfit in Hong Kong, you might be screwed if the gun is a lemon. Make sure you understand that Big Boys is not going to refund your money or fix your gun. If the gun is not made/sold by a well established company. . .think twice about buying it. This is the mistake made by the unhappy AK buyer in one of the reviews below. . . . . . . . . . . . Thirdly. . .THERE IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ON USED FIREARMS. This is big potential pitfall at Big Boys because a large percentage of the merchandise is used. They have new and used guns right next to each other on the rack so you might not even notice or understand that a gun you are looking at is used. The price tag will have the word "USED" printed on the tag, but there isn't any big tag stating "USED" on the gun. If you are too busy noticing how cool the gun is, you might not notice the word USED on the tag, and don't expect the salesman to emphasize the gun is used and therefore there is NO warranty at all. Thus. . .MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND IF THE GUN IS NEW OR USED!! If you do choose to buy a used gun, understand that if the gun does not work, Big Boys might make an adjustment to the gun to see if they can make it operate, but they are not going to refund your money and they probably are not going to be willing to spend any money to make the gun operational. You will have to fix it on your nickel. . . . . . . . . . Again. . .Big Boys is a good store and the owner (Mike) is an honest guy. . .But make sure you understand their rules before buying.
The GOOD: - Clean and neat -Great Inventory -Awesome Gun Range facility -Most gun shop personnel seem like good folks -Prices on firearms are pretty good, 2nd best I've found in the area (with direct product/price comparisons on the same day) The BAD: -Ammo restrictions on the Range smack of the ATF (no steel cases because it's too much trouble to separate from the recycled brass...REALLY?) -Gun Range folks seem bored and apathetic -Range ammo is twice as high as it should be due to them only selling brass cased ammo -$17 is a little steep on a nice day, maybe I would feel differently if it was bad weather I'm on the fence about coming back. I am lucky enough to have an outdoor place to shoot of my own, so it's a toss up. I am a little chapped about the ammo rules because I purchased $60 worth of the cheap stuff to have a fun day at the range and it turned into about a dollar a minute to shoot because I only had one box of brass cased ammo with me. I even looked for rules on the website before coming and didn't see anything restricting what kind of cases could be used. The clerk directed me to Wal Mart for more before I asked about anything on hand. Then I was told it was $25 or so. It just rubbed me wrong I guess after taking the time to go buy it elsewhere first. The reason given seems trivial and lazy to me. Especially when I was the only customer there. I have bought a pistol, maybe two from Big Boys and was satisfied with my purchase. I just wish my excitement about experiencing their new facility was still in tact. Oh, and if you are going to comment negatively on peoples businesses that they have worked hard to build, have some Manhood about yourself and use your given name.
These are the only business that had any ammo for the gun I purchased from them because they DID ration the bullets. I couldn't believe that many people had come in to buy all the bullets but apparently they had. Who is doing this? It has NEVER before happened across the country unless it was at a time of the great Depression and war! I vote a solid great for this gun shop, they are a fair people to their customers.
Went to this shop to get a Loan on some tools and a laptop I had. They were VERY fair with me on the amount they gave me and even told me if I could not get it out within the 30 days to just give them a call and they would work with me!!! Great people! Will deffinetely go back!!!!
I bought a xdm from these fine folks. The price was cheaper than the Internet. The service was outstanding. Do us all a favor and buy local and put the big chains out of business. I will be back for more. Thanks guys.

Great range, a little pricey but the facility is amazing.. all the staff are great. Love the only 100 yard indoor rifle range in okc.
Two transactions so far, and absolutely no disappointments. Friendly staff and fair prices. Highly recommended.
